Title: Awesome product
Review: I wasn't sure how I would like this product. However, the quality of the material is great. The spinning ring is a nice added anxiety reliever. The design allows me to add a sprig of fresh rosemary or lavender for an additional herbal therapy. I have also been using it for Pranayama breathing meditation and it has been wonderful. Title: Great natural alternative for calming anxiety while quitting smoking
Review: When the RainLax Mindfulness Necklace arrived as a gift for a friend, I questioned how much he may question my sanity. But when I gave it to him to help him curb his smoking and occasional vaping, he loved it and thought it was cool! Before I left a review, I wanted to give it a little time to see how he felt about using it. He LOVES it! It totally works for him. He wears it when he goes hiking and it helps center him in nature. He wears it when he goes out (main time for smoking), and he hasn't smoked at all! And a lot of people ask about it and what he's doing - when he explains, people are impressed - especially the women - mindfulness and health aside, it's apparently a great ice breaker! LOL. Guess it's time for me to get one for myself too!

Review: I'm using it to quit smoking and so far it's going well. It helps to have an item close by to fidget with (the spinning ring is a great addition) and makes me appreciate the act of breathing more. Sure, I could use a straw instead but that wouldn't be as convenient as this necklace.I removed a star because the cord is very short and barely fits around my head. While the breathing tool is well-made I'm not sure if the cord will hold up long term.Still, it's definitely worth the investment.
