Review: These patches work very very well. I had bought big store brands before and I’m sure they would have worked out just as well, but I didn’t want to spend the high dollar price for them again.I am 56 years old and been a smoker since I was 17/18. I have tried to quit smoking so many times I can’t keep count. But this time I was determined!The price of cigarettes, the nasty smell, the urge for one. The list goes on…….What I liked most about these patches was that you get 4 squares on one patch. I started with 3 squares (21 mgs) for just 2 weeks. I told myself to come down to 14 mgs. I did 14 for 1 1/2 weeks. Then went to 7 mgs for 1 week. Then slowly started cutting a little at a time off the 7 mgs, until I didn’t need to use the patch anymore.Quitting smoking is and has been the hardest habit I have ever broke. It’s not easy, but if you want to quit. You will do it, and make it through it.I think what really helped me stop smoking was of course using patches and determination. Also, I was looking at my Facebook memories and a picture of my beautiful deceased mother popped up in one of the pictures. It was a picture I took of her about 4 weeks before she passed. She was extremely bloated from prednisone and had her oxygen on in the picture. I quickly screenshot the picture and printed it out. I taped the picture on the fridge, beside my chair, in my bathroom, basically all over my home, as a reminder of what I didn’t want to have to go through, like my precious mother. That is what kept me from buying another pack of cigarettes along with the help of the patches.This worked for me. If you’re ready to stop smoking for ever. Review: These are great patches. I haven’t smoked in three days. I love that you can break them into pieces to lower your dose so you don’t have to buy more. The perforation works very well, so they’re very easy to separate. Someone mentioned that they don’t stick well. I haven’t had any problems with them sticking. In fact, I woke up this morning to realize that I had forgotten to take yesterday‘s patch off, and it was still on my arm. With that being said, you do have to be careful not to pinch too much of the corners as you’re taking it off the plastic because whatever part you do touch before applying won’t stick as well. But as long as you can grab Just the tiniest bit of the corners with your fingernails maybe or even use some tweezers then you won’t have any problems. The nicotine sensation you get from patches and gums isn’t overwhelming with these patches, yet works to curb my cravings well. I use nicotine gum for breakthrough cravings.** I did NOT receive this item for free. I’m just someone who likes to save a buck and I really like this product. I would buy again, but hopefully I won’t have to.

Title: Really cut the craving!
Review: I'd been a smoker for 60 years and didn't really want to quit, but the roommate forced the issue more or less. I discovered that as long as there are no smokes in the house these really do the trick. I used a full patch for two weeks, then each subsequent reduction in size for about two weeks. I haven't smoked in over 3 months.I used scissors to cut them apart and had no issue with them sticking to my skin for the entire day.

Title: Great product
Review: I quit smoking, quit vaping, but have been stuck on gums & lozenges. They are so expenses! This product is fantastic. You can control how much nicotine you're getting, ween yourself down & break the physical habit. The price is great. They stick all day, they break into sections very easily, & I feel hopeful that sometime soon I'll be free from all nicotine because of this specific product. Thank you

Review: These patches do help me with cravings. They're a little tricky to get off their plastic backing, and if you aren't using the whole patch, you still have to take most of it off to separate what portion you want to use. But anything that stops the urge to puff is a huge help.
