Title: Delicious eats on every page!
Review: I received my cookbook last week and I've been so excited to try the chick'n waffle sammich! But until then, can we get into the details of the book. As a person that finds myself eating outside my home most nights than not, adding pictures to each recipe is super helpful! I love a good "example"! So many of my favorites brought to life with vegan twist! Will and Austyn! I may fully commit! Lol

Review: As someone who is nit much of a cook, i lobe how simple this book is. I have to admit I am guilty of nit eattiing the healthiest, however the recipes in this books makes cooking easy,simple and healthier than my okd choices. Highly reccomend

Title: nice quality book
Review: While the book is good quality and appears thoughtfully put together the recipes didn't really suit me. It definitely leans more towards popular European style recipes and is also heavy on the deep fried things. I'm a fan of cooking with mushroom but the book may not be well suited for anyone who is opposed to using mushrooms.

Title: The fish &chips were bomb
Review: Got my cookbook and decided to try the fish&chips. I've only been vegan for a little over a year and I am always looking for good recipes and new things to try. Never tried banana blossom and I was not sure I would like them, but to my surprise this recipe was great the batter was crispy and the blossoms resembled fish in texture . Even the non vegans in the house liked them . Can't wait to try another recipe !
