Review: I use these between burgers so I can separate them once they're frozen since they stick out just enough beyond the burger that they don't stick. Obviously this depends on the size burger you make and my press makes 4.5 inch burgers.

Review: This is a sturdy paddy pressure. Just push the handle down to the size you want your paddy. The one thing I wish it did is to have marking for 1/4 lb ,1/2 lb, and 3/4 lb burger.
