Title: Lots of really good and easy recipes
Review: I actually first saw this is my dentist's office. After going through it a couple of time I broke down and bought it. I seldom purchase a cook book but this one is just filled with recipes that sound good. Actually just trying some of the recipes now and so far so good.

Review: My niece is a vegetarian so my sister had this cookbook and I looked through it on a recent visit. There were so many recipes that interested me that I found it on Amazon and ordered it. Now, I will admit I haven't actually cooked anything yet - just got the book. But the recipes sound delicious, pretty easy, and versatile. I'm an avowed omnivore but love vegetables and usually have a meat-free dinner once or twice a week. This book has all kinds of ideas for main dishes, side dishes, soups and starters. Just in time for summer's bounty. Yum.....
