Title: Amazing!
Review: I have severe muscle pain due to previous injuries. And try to avoid taking prescription medication due to the various side effects and damage they can do to your body. When I received this really I had no expectations of this working. I take Epson salt baths all the time and I thought it would have the same effect. I was wrong this product is a game changer!It smells wonderful slightly like lavender. When applied itâs not greasy or real oily and absorbs into your skin well. I usually have a hard time falling asleep and getting comfortable (neck injury) this relaxed my whole body. I put some on my husbandâs back (slipped discs in back) and he was also amazed on how it helped.When applied the product slightly burned/itched for a few minutes. However, was tolerable and went away. After an excellent night sleep those muscles were not sore. I could actually move my neck around without getting nerve shocks.If you have muscle or even nerve pain buy this product. At this point Iâm slathering it on every evening. Even on my hips for the sciatic nerve pain I have. It allows you to start your day in better physical shape. I do also take magnesium orally but applying it topically to the actual site of pain allows it to work right at the source.If you have any issues like this, buy this product. You will not be disappointed. And you will sleep better as well. I will be buying more when itâs gone.

Title: Nice scent

Title: Thick, rich lotion
Review: This cream is luxuriously thick and rich, going on silky and absorbing easily into skin without any greasiness. I've had a tight calf muscle for several days, so I applied it on the sore area and it seems to have worked pretty quickly to eliminate the pain and tightness. For the first night in several nights I was pain free when going to bed and didn't have any pain during the night. My sleep tracker didn't indicate that I slept too much better than normal, but I did wake up refreshed. It contains lavender and almond oil but doesn't smell like either. It doesn't have an unpleasant smell by any means--it's just not perfumey at all. Not that you'd really even need a perfumey smell if you're putting it on your lower extremities. I like things to smell nice but lavender isn't necessarily something that everyone enjoys. Instead, it has a mild, clean, inoffensive aroma.I saw someone mention that they aren't sure how much magnesium is really in it because it's the seventh ingredient. Honestly, that's quite high enough in the list considering how ingredient lists work--there's going to be a pretty substantial amount in there if it's only #7. It's made in Ireland too, so it'll be up to European safety and processing standards and will deliver what it promises.This cream is a little on the pricey side, but it comes in a two pack so you get a lot for the money. Also, the jars are small enough for a carry-on bag and will last a while, as a little goes a long way.

Title: Good moisturizer
Review: I know this cream claims to have many benefits including better sleep, muscle pain relief, heart health, calming, etc. I was interested in it for the sleep benefits because although I can fall sleep easily, I can't stay asleep. I also know that magnesium is an essential mineral to maintain good health too, so it offers benefits for everybody who would try this.I applied it to my legs and feet after my nightly shower. It has the nice consistency of softened butter and absorbed into my skin nicely without stickiness. It smells like lavender, and fortunately, it's very lightly scented because I really don't like the smell of lavender. I can't say it really helped me to sleep longer, but I was pleasantly surprised at how soft my skin felt, and it worked great on my rough, dry, patches too. That alone would make me want to continue using this. If it also helps my bones, muscles and nerves, while moisturizing my skin, then great! Highly recommend!

Title: Sound Sleep
Review: My only complaint is I sleep so well that sometimes I just don't want to wake up! I use this on the bottom of my feet each night and love it. It's also great for joint and muscle pain-I use it on my knees when they swell or just feel achy and it helps with that. (or when my muscles hurt after a workout, too) I also like it's all natural ingredients, so I know what I'm putting on, and thereby in (our skin is our biggest organ!) my body. The scent is subtle-a little clinical in scent, but not that bad. The three pack is the best value, so if you try this, I recommend that.

Title: seems to relieve muscle soreness
Review: This is a non-greasy cream with a very light scent. It moisturizes my legs quite well. I've been using it nightly, and I am not 100% certain, but it seems to relieve muscle cramping in my calves. It does also seem to contribute to some muscle relaxation, because I've had less problems with restless legs since I started using this. A good product.

Review: I have tried a MULTITUDE of magnesium products from amazon for my legs and feet. This is by far my favorite product thus far. I actually through away all my other magnesium liquid sprays and massage oils a few days after I received this. This has a pleasant smell, it does NOT make my legs itch when I use it, it does NOT make my legs feel sticky unlike the sprays. It glides on smooth and works grerat for nighttime foot massages or lower leg massages. My wife and I both find that it has great relaxation properties when we use it. My only complaint is that the jar is too small... I want more.. and now I have to buy more...

Title: Nice scent, non greasy.
Review: I've been using this cream on my hands, feet and shoulder. I have to say that after using it over a period of a few weeks, it has helped with foot and hand cramps and helps soothe shoulder pain. I don't use a lot and it absorbs nicely into my skin.I am sensitive to strong smells but this has a nice light scent that isn't bothersome at all. Nice product.
