Title: Great machine
Review: I have had this machine for a bit over three weeks and Im very happy with it. It was a good price and was shipped rapidly. Easy set up. I did check with my provider before purchase. I have done a great deal of manual labor in my life so have some trouble with knees ans back. The instructions do warm of potential dizziness with initial use and I found this to be true. I started at four minutes increasing minutes every couple days. I am now up to 20 minutes a day over a three week span of time. It has hjelpes my knees nd back. When the weather allows I also hike one- two miles a day with two dogs. At least once a week. I never know vibration plates existed until referer by a friend. I m also down five pounds in the three weeks. I am also over sixty years old so i suggest those of you with Health issues work with your medical provider and start slowly. I love mine and look forward to my daily ‘jiggle’. Reommend

Title: Quiet, easy to use, is there an app to go with it for workouts? To track your use?
Review: I was mostly surprised at how quiet this is so far. I've only had it a day so can't give it 5 stars yet.I wish there was a video or ap that goes with this to maximize your time spent on it.Here is what I found after only 1 use.It's quiet.It's comfortable, although it did make my legs itch like crazy (but then that's what says it's working, right?)I was able to sit comfortably on it to work my buttocks.It seems stable, but then I'm glad I was by a wall so that when I wasn't stable I could quickly balance myself. That only happened once or twice.I like the preprogrammed settings.It's not to heavy that it's not portable.Overall, so far, I would recommend.

Title: WOW! Amazing feeling!
Review: I had no idea how powerful this vibration plate could be. It is wonderful. It is also addictive, simply because it feels so good! I've been using 10 to 20 minutes a day for a week and can already feel the difference in my joints, lower and upper back. If I get tense all I have to do is step on this for a few minutes and the tension disappears. My muscles actually get sore like I had a good work out. Simply amazing machine. It is well built, very sturdy and stays put while using it, through the whole workout. I use it on both carpet and our hardwood floors. If your feet or legs hurt, use this while sitting. Your feet and legs will thank you. I can already tell it's helping with my balance because it is working my core muscles. Highly recommend.

Title: Stopped Working
Review: I ordered the Vibration Exercise Machine in May and it worked amazing for a few months but then out of the blue stopped working. The machine turns on but it doesn’t do anything besides light up and make a few noises. I’m finding it impossible to get actual contact information to report the issue to the company. The phone numbers don’t work and when you click the contact us button on their website it takes you to a pool maintenance company.

Title: Love this
Review: I loved this from the first time I stepped on it. The vibration definitely goes throughout my body. I can feel it on my love handles and lower back as it strengthening those areas. I’ve already lost inches partly because of diet partly because this is a big part of my exercise routine. The quality is good. It’s sturdy and I feel secure while standing on it. I do a lot of squats while on it and there’s no issues. Haven’t really tried the radio part yet because I don’t need that but the remote makes it really easy to turn on and off from behind my desk where I have it. Exercise while working, great use of my time.!

Title: Can’t wait to keep using it
Review: I had been on the fence about ordering it, after reading the reviews I thought I’d give it a try. I sit all day at work and my legs started hurting from sitting so long. Delivered on time, packing was great. Opened it and found two AAA batteries and plugged it in. Startled me at first because I had both feet on it when I started it. The vibration was relaxing, I used program 4 which was running. My legs felt so good and I could feel it in my front thighs. It was a good hurt, I was being nosey and watching the digital reading and almost fell off. I will use it everyday for the 10 minutes for a week and then move up from there. I will flow up with a review after a month. It’s heavy but I can carry it easily. The ladies at work are curious so I’m taking it to work so they can try it.. it was fun to use, it was sturdy and I felt very secure standing on it. Remote was easy to use, helpful while I watched football.
