Review: I bought this after reading some studies on vibration plates for weight loss. I was surprised by the build quality. It was extremely sturdy and can probably hold up any weight.Using the machine is convenient. You use a remote control to operate it and there are 9 modes you can switch through. I have it setup in my living room next to my couch so its really convenient for home workouts.It will still be a few more months until I see any weight loss results but even if it doesn't help me lose weight, I like how it helps me destress. I'm happy with this purchase regardless!
