Title: Nice price, very good range, very stable, great menu drive (GUTS)
Review: I bought this to feed my Verizon home internet in to and get more ports. That dumb cube has only 2 hardwire ports on it so I needed something to get me more plugs, and broadcast the wifi from my Verizon out to the rest of the house. It is a nice price and really broadcasts out well. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The menu inside the guts of this thing is very well designed and easy access to what is needed, be it ports, settings, whatever. I love the Cudy's setup inside over everything I have seen prior. I didn't bother taking photos of this, but it's very small footprint makes it very handy to put anywhere you wish. The 4 antennas gives it the good broadcasting we all know and love to use the wifi. Internet speeds stay up really well, and consistently match the Cubes speeds apples to apples. I wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger on this one if your looking for a great wifi device as this one is excellent - highly recommended!

Title: Seems to be working good with my VPN
Review: Physically its small, probably half the size of my AX6000 Linksys. TBH you typically don't need 6gbps if your max speed is 1gbps. Most homes would be fine with AX3000.Setup was easy, access the interface @192.168.10.1 in a web browser. I had to reboot my modem for it to be picked up by the router. You basically set type of role (router, extender etc.), WiFi and VPN. There is a plethora of other options in the advanced menu. The menu isclean, nothing too flashy and that is a good thing IMO.I was able to download my VPN's Wireguard config and apply it under Wireguard client by uploading it. This should work in a similar way for other VPNs that use OpenVPN or Wireguard protocols.Apps that require a VPN were working with no additional VPN app running. You can also have it on/off for specific devices, very handy as for instance your blink camera or similar 2G device doesn't really need it to be on or might have issues. As for WiFi speeds, router is in an upstairs office. I was hitting 350+Mbps downstairs on on my phone, that is with the VPN settings applied. No issues with buffering etc. So I'd say that is decent and comparable to my MR9610v2. I have 500mbps that hits about 560-580 wired.I'll also check for a heatsink. If there are any bare chips I'll add one or two as needed. My Linksys has a huge heatsink, probably why it was so stable but it had no VPN option.Cons, due to it being smaller has less LAN ports and no USB ports for network storage etc. This brand certainly has my attention and I might add an outlet mesh node down the road or of they bring out a more advanced one this will be the 2nd mesh. All in all a cool little device and no issues on day 1. I'll report back on the heatsink and long term stability. 01/03/2024.

Title: Advanced prosumer WIFI 6 router for half the price
Review: I've recently had the pleasure of using the Cudy New AX3000 Dual Band Wi-Fi 6 Router, and let me tell you, it's been a game changer, especially as a secure travel router. The advanced capabilities of this device have truly impressed me.The Wi-Fi 6 upgrade is the star of the show. It's not just about speed, which is blazing fast, by the way, but also about how it handles multiple devices. On a family trip, everyone's gadgets were connected without any lag or drop in performance. Streaming, gaming, browsing - you name it, the Cudy router handled it like a champ. But here's the kicker - its smart beamforming technology. This feature meant that no matter where in the hotel room we were, we got a strong, focused signal. It felt like we had brought a piece of our home network with us on vacation. The dual-core processor ensures that everything runs smoothly. Whether it's for AR/VR gaming or just regular browsing, the performance is top-notch. The whole-house coverage claim holds up pretty well too, but it was its compactness and efficiency as a travel router that won me over. The DL/UL OFDMA & MU-MIMO technology is another standout. In layman's terms, it means that this router can handle a lot of devices and data, making it perfect for environments where multiple devices are in use simultaneously. It was like having a mini data center in my backpack!Security is a big deal for me, especially when traveling. The support for various VPN protocols like WireGuard and OpenVPN gave me peace of mind, knowing my family's online activities were secure and private.

Title: Nice little router
Review: Very nice, and speedy router with OpenWRT support, which you don't find in a lot of routers in the US market. Once set up, wifi speeds are nice and stable.Only cons - 3 LAN ports - No USB port (not a complete con, but with OpenWRT, it's nice to have a USB port for recovery) - fixed antennas, really limits the location, since the back antenna basically in an "L" configuration to the base, only going from left to right, mounting it to a wall may be problematic, as those antennas will be facing up and down as opposed to out

Title: Just works - Good Coverage - No phone needed for setup.
Review: *Just plugged it into computer with ethernet cable and set my wireless modes 2.4g and 5g in my case. I changed the dhcp address range with no issues.*Been operating for the last couple weeks, not one reboot, so I see no reason to upgrade firmware, if ain't broke don't fix it!*Functioning well on both 2.4 and 5ghz. I use 2.4 for IOT devices like 3d printer and Echo. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and gets full signal strength in other rooms.*Streams media with Roku 4k device without lags.*Plugged in several devices into the the ethernet connections and they work flawlessly.
