Title: Fantastic Tween/Teen Gift!!
Review: I found the DASH mini waffle maker on sale at a local store and purchased it on a whim as a Christmas gift for my soon to be 13 year old that enjoys baking and cooking. Then I thought I'd pick up another one for her cousin. That's when I discovered this cook book and ordered it to go with their waffle makers.My daughter absolutely LOVES them!! She has been making several different recipes from the book. Most of them have been delicious. There is only one that she wasn't a fan of. She is doing all of the cooking on her own, so I don't know if the recipe was a dud or if it was her mistake. She often halves the recipe to make her own breakfast, but she has also cooked a large batch for the whole family. The pictures are wonderful and the directions are easy to follow. There is a lot of variety in the recipes. It's a fantastic gift for your teen that loves to cook/bake.

Title: Perfect for Us!
Review: I purchased this book along with 3 of the mini waffel makers, the traditional round one, a heart shaped and a pumpkin shaped. So far I am very pleased with all the purchases. I have not used the all the shapes yet but know there are going to be a great addition to cooking with grandchildren. So far they have been a huge success and high ratings from my grandkids on the delicious recipes. They are easy enough for my 9, 12 and 15 year old grandchildren to follow easily and fun enough for the 4 year olds to enjoy every bit of decorating and eating. Perfect size for one on one or add more and make a kids waffel buffet. Even adults are part of the fun. Personally. They were a grandchildren fun day purchase and can't wait to add more!

Title: Very cute and works well
Review: I love the size of this little waffle maker. Takes up very little storage space. It heats up quickly, and, well, it makes little waffles. I can do other things like small sandwiches but I haven't yet. Just don't overfill when pouring in you batter. It will overflow.

Title: Cute and has good recipes
Review: I love this little book and it goes with the Dash waffle maker, which is equally adorable. I don't do gluten and just replace the regular flour with gluten-free flour on any of them I've tried. Every one I've tried has been wonderful, and the photos are so good they make me drool. The last one I tried was the red velvet. I didn't have buttermilk, but used a combo of almond milk and goat milk kefir-they were wonderful. We ate them with powdered sugar, and then toasted up the leftovers and put cream cheese frosting on them. Yumm!

Review: I've enjoyed the variety of recipes and the ease of preparing the batter. The size of the recipes is just about right for 2-3 people, but can be stretched for more. I bought to use with a DASH mini waffle maker and have enjoyed having flavor choices.
