Review: Pros: it's a nice, clean looking and somewhat compact (in that it doesn't take up a lot of room), waffle iron. Think waffles unless you use very thick batter. Cons: the entire unit gets super hot, to the point you can burn yourself if you touch it before it cools down. Haven't had that experience with others. With that in mind, I'd give it a five but learning that the hard way, I knocked off a star
