Title: It worked for me, I recommend it.
Review: Ok I bought this shapewear after reading I think half of the comments that many people left, I used to not like to leave a review but I am one of those people that does not buy without reading the reviews first, so thinking about everything that they help me to make my decision and size, now I try to leave my experience. Ok I ordered the XS size, for a moment I thought it might be too small for me but no, it does not fit me well at all. I don't see the point in using the extender, I prefer to choose my real size and not use this one. Initially it was too hard for me to fasten it. Without my husband's help I would not have been able to do it. I wear it in the third and it feels very tight. Taking it to level 3 of the girdle now would be mistreating my organs and that is not what I want. It stays fixed, that is, it does not fold. It will make you fat on the top depending on the level of fat you have, all girdles will do that. It is worth the price. It does its job. I have felt comfortable in it during the day except for sleeping. The rods will hurt you if you try to sleep with it. At least I couldn't. For reference, I am 5'1, weigh 135 to 140 pounds and I took the XS but I don't wear a stretcher.

Title: HUGE help with my back pain
Review: I've been struggling with lower back pain for the last few months and was having trouble while working out. My trainer suggested that I try a waist cincher. I was leery of trying it, but glad I listened to him. I feel a marked difference in my back. It fits nice and snug which keeps my back straight and my posture aligned. It helps me remember to sit up straight and seek alternatives on bending or slouching to get something. Even thought it keeps your back straight it is still very flexible, so it doesn't hinder your normal activities. I have no difficulty breathing. I was shocked at how comfortable this is to wear. The first day I got it, I meant to wear it for an hour to try it and I ended up forgetting it was on and wore it for 4 hours. The material is soft and feels nice on my skin. The hooks are heavy duty and made to last. There is a learning curve on figuring out how to get it hooked on and be tight enough at the same time. It only took a few days to figure out the best way for me. I'm so glad that it comes with the extender, so I have more levels to use to continue to get smaller. I really like this product and will continue to use it as I need smaller sizes.

Title: Waist trainers aren't magic fixes nor permanent in any way, but they are great for back support!
Review: Im using this more for back support and posture but for those using this for their waist trainers DO NOT permanently alter your waist, the effects are extremely short term unless actively wearing it. This product does not make you thinner, but it helps with lowering appetite by compressing your lower ribs where your stomach is located. This is not a good product if you weigh too much as this works best if it can sit against your bone structure, like your hip bone and rib cage, and will most likely not be easily hidden under clothes as it will be unable to sit firmly against anything and may also cause chaffing.I had an old back brace I'd borrowed to help with back pain, I then went to buy one for myself and ended up getting a waist trainer since I could easily hide it under clothes as most back braces are rather bulky and uneven and don't feel good on my skin. I wore it for years but kept having pain at the top and bottom of the trainer.I was immediately surprised to see that this trainer was shaped better, fit better, felt better, and is so much more comfortable and easier to move in. When sitting it doesn't roll or press uncomfortably into my bust and when I walk, I don't feel the top of my bottom hitting it every step! My back feels great, my posture is great, and my waist looks nicer (although the effects are rather temporary). I do wish it came up higher along the sides and back but not the front. My only issue with this is that the hooks have already started pulling out after only a couple uses - I dont have it on super tight. When they are pulled out I accidentally hook them onto 2 loops at once which makes it worse.

Review: Researched YouTube videos and this was recommended. Glad I went with this one. Inexpensive for the quality. High quality, fits great for a trainer. I am 5’2” 200 -215. I purchased the 25 bone to really hold and support my back. I went with the length as a 10” since I have a short torso. I think I could have gotten away with the 9.5” been just a little more comfortable for long wear under the greats. (Large breast, make sure to wear a tank under corset or a long bralette as it can be a bit irritating on skin under the breast as you move.I have worn these in the past and have expensive ones. This holds true to those. I also love the 25 bone rather than the 9 bones I had prior.This will leave red markings. Wear a thin tank under it. This is because you are squeezing your skin for long periods of time. Same if you wrap your wrist, knee, or ankle when hurt. Also if you purchase too big or too small it will also do the same. Too big will chafe.I ordered a 2xl and it fits great with the extender but I could have gotten away with a 1xl with the extender. Remember though it is a trainer and teaching the body. It will be work to get it on this is not meant to be a corset to wear under clothing. You will see it.You also don’t need to have them all on the same hook. I hook mine to the righted hook at the pony in my body it will go. My lower tummy is larger so I get in to a certain hook then my mid section I can go father and same with my top.-reviews said 4xl for me but I feel that would have been so big. Remember the extender adds 4 hooks to the size. The goal is to train your waist and loose inches. If you buy too big you will not be able to wear for long.Watch YouTube for beginners if you are new.Don’t depend on this!! You need to be at least doing light core exercises so you body supports you not the trainer supporting you. That is only creating harm to your body if you don’t work out with it.I also like to put Vick vapor rub on my stomach and wrap my tummy with cellophane then a tank, and then the corset. Wear that for a few hours and when I do core training to sweat . Some people do this for sleep. They make sweet sweat and other types of rubs you can buy too.Know your allergies. I am not allergic to latex materials or metals. If you do notice rash or the markings/ imprints from wearing the corset lasting longer than an hour or so. Discontinue you may be allergic. This is not the quality or brands fault. Most brands use same types of materials. You are just sensitive to them and should look for trainers with out these in them.

Review: This is the best waist trainer! I bought the 25 steel bones one in size medium. My waist measured 35 inches and the medium fits so well with the extender. My abdomen is cinched, smooth and my back is fully supported. My tops don't slide up as the latex on the outer side prevents it. I love it! Would buy again.

Review: I usually don’t write reviews but this is honestly the best quality waist trainer I have seen. And I have almost spent $300 on waist gang corsets because of the Kardashians and been disappointed.It is very comfortable to wear for longer hours. I done feel the boning poking into my skin, the material is very flexible so when you are sitting it bending, it allows for the easy movement. I am extremely happy with this product.The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you size yourself down . I first ordered the 5x given my waist size which according to the chart was actually 6x . But I ended up returning that as it was too big. I ordered 3x then and it fits , but I should have gone for 2x to really use the extender and use the corset for a longer period.I would give this product 10 stars if I could

Review: Según la tabla de medidas tenía que comprar el 5xl, lo cual me pareció enorme porque uso talla de blusa L o hasta M a veces. Decidí pedir el XL y me queda bien en la primera fila de broches (sin el extensor). El extensor no lo usaré porque no cumpliría el objetivo de quedarme ajustado, pero usaré el corset utilizando todas las hileras de broches que incluye. Si quieren aprovechar al máximo su corset pidan varias tallas menos 😉
