Title: The Perfect Baofeng T26 Walkie Talkies Long Range
Review: Baofeng T26 is an FRS radio that is small in size but has great and good features. I took pictures and only for a short distance but the sound quality is very good. I couldn't find any programming software on the Baofeng site. I used the software for the Retevis RT22 and was able to program and change the PL code. The frequency is set and cannot be changed. This is just an FRS radio. Overall this is one of the best FRS radios I have ever owned. highly recommended !!!

Title: Good for "short" range.
Review: I'm not a radio head, but these are decent little walkie talkies. I've used them a few times and really appreciated having them around. They aren't fancy, but they get the job done. Light weight, inexpensive, and have about a one mile range.That being said, the earpieces are very uncomfortable. I can only wear them for about 10 minutes before my ear gets sore.

Title: Good stand alone radios
Review: These are good little radios if you plan to use them with each other. They will not work with other models UNLESS they have the same tones. I was unable to download the frequencies from CHIRP. I read in one of the reviews it was compatible with the RETEVIS RT22, I could not get it to read the radio. I tried every model, had time to spare. The purchase did not break the bank. I will give them to the grandkids to destroy like they do all their toys.

Title: Great FRS radio
Review: The Baofeng T26 is a FRS radio that is small in size but great on features. I have only used for a shot time and only for short distance but sound quality was excellent. Title: Good radio but not FRS
Review: Lightweight and convenient but they are not FRS. These radios do not transmit on the lower power FRS channels (467.5625 (Chan 8) to 467.7125 (Chan 14)). These are “license free” GMRS radios as they are less than 2W output power, where FRS are usually 0.5W. You may have issues trying to connect with other FRS “only” radios on the aforementioned channels 8-14. The manual that comes with it calls it both an FRS and GMRS transceiver. Not saying it is a bad thing and I’m giving it 5 stars, but just a heads up if you have connectivity issues.

Title: Baofeng T’ Slim radio
Review: Purchased this radio cuz I want a slim minimalistic type radio and I was amazed with the price for two units and did not hesitate to buy it, some buyers complaint about the features, lets be realistic you paid a $17 radio and you expect more? so here are the the pros its slim form factor, light, no complicated buttons, usb-c charging, no digital display but there is a voice when changing channels, 16 channels with scan, one knob controls volume and power OFF/ON with squelch button,with LED transmit and receive indicator and here the the things to consider in the design because its cheap so they try to cut some corners , battery is built-in non removable unless you will open the casing, antenna is also fixed so you cant change it, did not test the distance just an estimate maybe half a mile without obstacles,battery life may vary on usage and until now I have a hard time finding the VOX , overall quality is not bad not flimsy, its portable and slim,easy control few buttons, good for short distance usage like schools, church, construction site, for the price Cant complain, wish I have these when I was a kid, I remember having those 2way toy radios that are noisy cuz they are in fixed squelch mode and I have to volume down, anyways Recommend this Baofeng radios..
