Title: Good Spring Board/Spring Wall video
Review: I bought this vid for my girlfriend for Christmas. She has an Elle Hermann Springboard, but she doesn't like the video that came with it. She likes this video better. It focuses more on upper body exercises than on the lower body. It does a good job of presenting a relatively fast paced, 40 minute workout. The instructor is knowledgeable and stresses proper form in performing the various exercises. He also points out common form errors that make the exercises less effective. It is the better of only two Pilates spring board videos I've been able to find (the other is the Elle Hermann vid), so I recommend it if you don't like Elle Hermann's presentation or you want some variety in your workout.

Title: Underwhelmed
Review: Got this DVD today. Was really hoping to add variety to my home pilates practice with this. Had a springboard made about a month ago but found it difficult to adapt the exercises from my studio sessions on my on. Thought this would be the answer with an instructor choreographed routine especially for this equipment. Sadly, 80% of the routine is for arms. Multiple exercises standing, then seated, for triceps and biceps. Really, I am doing pilates to strengthen my core. I wish the DVD had concentrated on that rather arms and upper back (traps and lats). Disappointed, still looking for a good springboard DVD. I gave it two stars because the production values were high, although I think it will be of little use to me. Expensive for what it is.

Title: Great DVD for exploring the Pilates Springboard
Review: Great tape for use with a Pilates Springboard. I liked this DVD a bit better than Ellis Herman's because the instructor gives provides more cues and gives you time to adjust springs when necessary.
