Title: Horrible manual.
Review: The "Manual" says nothing about when to put the clothes in. It doesn't tell you the limit of water capacity to pour in (saying it's a 13 washer does not tell you how much water to add). It shows a top to the drying basket but no top in the next figure. Nothing about whether to add detergent and how much. It says 60 degree limit, C or F? I'm guessing C because F is colder than room temp. It tells you to add hose after the "drying" mode which makes no sense. They should have hired professionals to make the manual and not someone's brother-in-law. I hope contacting the seller will straighten this out.

Title: Cleans smaller stuff fine, but larger stuff not so well
Review: I just ran my first load in the 13L machine. The load was two microfiber cloths and a kitchen towel. I ran the machine on 10 minutes with 8L of water and half a #1 load of my laundry detergent. After the 10-minute wash, I drained the machine and put in fresh water for a 5-minute rinse. On taking the items out of the washer, the two microfiber cloths were cleaned well, but the kitchen towel still had dirt on it. Not food stains, actual lines of dirt from my dusting something off. This was not cleaned at all. Therefore, I can only assume that this cleans smaller items well but is not powerful enough for something as large as a kitchen towel. If you concentrate on using this for smaller items and don't overstuff the machine, it should work okay for your needs. Otherwise, you should look for something else.
