Title: ARRIVED USED & MOLDY
Review: I was so excited to get this product, especially after all of the great reviews that I saw. I did not purchase this product used, I paid for a brand new one. However, when I received the package, it was clearly used: there was water leaking out of the item and you could see condensation inside. Not to mention, mold had grown on the instruction manual and the additional parts that were repackaged and sent out.

Review: The product does the job however there are better options. The aesthetics are cute and is what caught my eye, however it is not worth the price point. Especially since the design is pretty bulky and not friendly towards people with small sinks and/or low faucets. The installation was pretty simple as well. If you have a problem with sink space, I recommend smaller pure soft filters like waterdoctors.
