Review: I purchased such a device a few weeks ago, the device worked perfectly and you could indeed feel the quality of the water which is very bad here. ,After two weeks, the blacksmith suddenly stopped working.I contacted customer service and they immediately agreed to credit me. I will not mince words but I must mention the customer service and in particular Dianna who dealt with me. Something unusual and incomprehensible.In short, immediately after they were able to credit me, I ordered a new device that is currently on its way to me.In a repeated attempt to turn on the device (it was hard to give up) I suddenly discovered that there was a slight leak from the filter. I took a picture of it and forwarded it to the service. They immediately answered me with instructions on what to do, that's what I did and indeed with success and the device worked like new. Such things I understand can happen.Now I will have two devices and I am very satisfiedWell done, hallelujah

Title: Better than I expected
Review: I’ll be honest, I didn’t know how much I’d like this, but I’m VERY pleased with this buy. It’s easy to use and fast with the purification process. It’s nicely designed and cool to watch. It’s rechargeable, and it doesn’t require a filter change for up to 6 months. Love this and I’d buy it again!
