Review: OMG!!! I new it's been awhile since I replaced it [water was tasting very foul].Once I finished it [very simple], and for about 5 40 oz cups of water to purge out the carbon debris [Always flush it] then I tasted the water, it actually tasted sweet. We have very bad/hard water here in Utah... plus diabetes... definitely worth the cost.

Title: Very easy to replace
Review: This was the perfect filter. To take out old filter, turn counterclockwise and pull down. To install this, line up the arrows, turn clockwise. Run several gallons of water through your line to get any air out and any charcoal particles. So easy, even I can do it LOL

Review: The shipping service was excellent, my water filter arrived 2 days earlier. After watching short film on geappliances.com showing how to install the replacement filter, the whole installation was very easy (I have GE side-by-side refrigerator with original XWF (no E on the end) filter). XWEF is a replacement for XWE filter. No errors, no mistakes, no leakage - it took less than a minute. The only complain which I have is the price for the filter, in my opion is much to high.
