Title: Cost effective alternative to bottled water
Review: I refuse to purchase bottled water as I cannot stand all of the plastic and I hate lugging gallons of water from the store to home and having to store all those bottles.I make a lot of cold brew coffee and ice tea so I can go through gallons of water at a time. Each filter can treat 40 gallons of water for about $5.69. The filters are good for ~2 months. This cost way less than even the cheapest store brand of filtered or spring water.I use regular tap water then filter with the Pur Filter and container. I am happy with the filtration and taste of the water.

Review: Filters are east to use and filter well. But they must be replaced every three months and don't forget to ALWAYS run cold water first, or the filter is ruined.

Title: Nice price, even got one for a friend!
Review: These work great!!! Changing the filter is easy as can be. Remember to put the new one under the water for a tiny bit to get of any chemicals on the outside. I LOVE no longer lugging gallons of water up!! I live on the 3rd floor (elevator) I am at the end of a high rise. My life is so much better, easier with just this tiny change. I highly recommend the Pur Pitcher, its that time of the year do not get your Mom/Grandma another pair of slippers, etc, get one of these! You'll be the favorite child/grandchild!!

Title: Clean water
Review: I live out in the country and the water doesn't taste very good here and there's a lot of build up in the water. And sometimes the chlorine used in the water actually burns my eyes which is a really scary thought. So I've been using these filters for quite a while and since I live in a small town buying them by themselves is pretty expensive. But when you buy them as you do here on Amazon the cost is a lot better and they actually do work. When the filter is starting to go because they last about two or three months the little red light comes on and you know to change it so I ain't buying these for life. It just makes the water so much better tasting and with all the junk that's in water nowadays it's really important.

Title: did not disappoint
Review: So far I used one filter last month. The water is still dripping very fast & has not slowed down. The water also taste great. These are the short ones. Before I got these I used the one with the white top (long ones) that I bought from a store. After about 2 weeks the long ones with the white top started to drip very slow that it actually took a whole day just to fill the pitcher.
