Title: Tips for easy DIY install.
Review: First I am not a plumber and only relate my personal experiences and thoughts about this product and the installation I did. Take ideas but consult your local regulations before proceeding an follow any local codes for your area.1. I reversed the setup by unbolting the 12 bolts and rotating the still connected filters 180° as I needed a left to right flow as in my pictures. Each housing is marked with flow direction and this allowed me to confirm it was changed to a left to right flow when I was done.2. I used sharkbite connectors as I didn't mind spending the extra $ in favor of simple and foolproof installation.3. My existing plumbing was 3/4" pex so I needed to adapt to 1" for the connections to the filter. In the pictures white pex is 1" blue is 3/4".4. I used 2 tees, 2 elbows, 3 ball valves and 4 1" threaded connections (2 male 2 female). I used the ball valves to adapt 3/4" to 1" to simplify and reduce connections. I also did not use the connectors that came with the pre-filter, again in favor of sharkbite.5. All threaded connections I used about 6 wraps of teflon tape wrapped in the direction of tightening threads and added thread compound to ensure no leaks.6. I can't tell enough how simple the sharkbite connectors were, just cut the pipe and push them on. Not a single one leaked and they allow twisting of the connections after to help align also without leaking.7. I used silicone lubricant on all rubber seals. Now for lessons learned.1. I over thought the bypass plumbing ahead of time before realizing my final design was enough. I will later add a shutoff after (above) the filter/bypass tee so I can isolate the house pipes to make future changes easier without having to drain faucets.2. I had 1 small leak at a threaded connection to the pre-filter. It was fixed by a quarter turn tighter.3. The biggest problem was when installing the carbon filter. Twisting the housing tight left the clear sound of air rushing out as I turned on the water. This was followed by water. After 2 tries I found there was a removable plastic washer on the end of the filter that was preventing the housing from closing fully. Removing the washer worked. This might not be properly sealed now internally but the housing does not leak now and that was the bigger problem for me.4. When it's time to change the filters I will move the entire setup onto a platform to make changing filters easier and eliminate having to lay on the floor to change filters. Sharkbite connectors again will save the day here because they can be removed and reused allowing me to move the whole setup up the waterline with simplicity and only adding one join.Overall the installation was rather simple and the filter has helped our water quality already. I look forward to years of use. Finally this review is offered freely and I was not compensated or incentivised in any way for writing it.

Title: We have very hard water
Review: We moved to the country last year and have really hard water. This filtration system was the first project we completed. We removed the reverse osmosis because we didnât like it. This system has lasted almost 2 years, we have the filters on auto ship every 3 months, itâs easy to flush between filter changes and itâs made a significant difference in our water quality! It took my husband and I maybe an hour to install so it wasnât bad at all. Neither one of us are plumbers haha

Title: Works as anticipated
Review: Works as anticipated and very well with removing Iron from our well water supply. May need to consider longevity of included filters dependent on your use.

Title: KDF broke. Otherwise nice product.
Review: Solid build/high quality. Donât waste your money on the KDF upgrade. It fails one day and ends all water pressure.Just get one with GAC middle filter instead. (Unless you really need KDF. Then⦠perhaps look elsewhere .

Title: Leaks, horrible quality
Review: This things leaks internally right from the factory. 2nd unitAlso itâs made of plastic and the threads arenât tapered so make sure to use an entire roll of teflon tape and a jar of pipe dope to not get any leaksâ¦however the connections where the 3 filter heads connect from the factory leak. So after doing all that work I have a leaking filter unit. This is the 2 nd one thatâs done this. The time and money this has now cost me is inexcusable.

Title: Don't struggle with hard water
Review: This whole house water filtration system has been a game-changer in dealing with hard water issues. Previously, I struggled with persistent hard water deposits around sinks, and the unsightly build up that it leaves. Since installing this system, those problems have vanished. The filtered water is now so clean and clear that I confidently use it straight from the faucet for cooking. The improvement in water quality is noticeable in both taste and clarity. Installation was straightforward, and maintenance has been minimal. This system has truly enhanced my daily water usage and I highly recommend it for anyone battling hard water in their home.

Title: My system, zero problems
Review: After I purchase this item I read deeper into the reviews several people had leaks and issues I don't understand I have zero issues with the install. I took the cartridges out one by one remove the plastic put them back in hand tighten them as far as I could and then did a quarter turn with the wrench. The gauges I turned until it was metal on metal and they started making contact on the last quarter turn. The inlets I just tightened until they were all the way in with no thread showing. I did eight layers of Teflon tape each joint. Pex and shark bite connections. 60 PSI in 60 PSI out. It's still too early to tell the TDS, I was at 500 prior to the three-stage water system, I let my water run for about 30 minutes and it was testing at 380. The instructions tell you to let it settle after you have finished flushing the system. Another thing I haven't seen in reviews on the gauges make sure you cut the tip off the top prior to use like it says there's a thick sticky substance that comes out but I think that's by design. Overall day one very happy with the system
Customers say
Customers like the ease of installation, build quality, and functionality of the water purification unit. They mention it's very easy to install, impressed with the construction, and works really well. Some are also happy with the water quality. However, some customers have reported leakage and a kdf filter split.
