Title: Easy ! Perfect
Review: The Tesla of water filters!I have been using this system for about three months! The water tastes crisp, clean, and is so good! I will never go back to bottled water. This system was easy to install and took me a little over an hour.The Good!1. Easily the best tasting water I have ever had! (Get the remineralization filter)2. Leak proof (Includes a safety valve that automatically stops water flow in case of a leak.)3. Takes up minimal space under my sink.4. System runs quiet and barely makes any noise.5. Water flow speed is fast! (Takes about 3 seconds to fill a cup)6. Excellent customer service. When I needed help setting up the system, I easily found online chat support and got quick answers to my questions.The Bad1. The instructions could be much better. ( Skip the manual and just watch the video)2. To get the lifetime warranty, you must sign up for the replacement filter service. There is no option to purchase a warranty extension.3. Needed to buy extra parts to connect my fridge and ice maker. It would've been nice if they were included.Overall, I am really happy with this system! Title: Make sure you push the tubing into fittings as deep as it will go!!
Review: This was easy to install and the instructions were easy to follow. However, when I turned the water on the input leaked. I found I had not plugged the tubing in with all my strength. Fixed it and moved on until a second one leaked as soon as the water got that far. Repeated this process until every joint I had assembled finally worked.Make sure your fingers and tubing are completely dry. Check the ends of the tubing and cut square if they are off at all. Push the tubing in with all your strength while supporting the other piece so it doesn't break. You will feel the tubing run in and meet a little resistance but keep pushing until it snaps in the final 1/8" and hits bottom.Also, my housings were not labeled Stage 1, etc. but I looked at the picture and figured out what went where.Edit: It has now been a couple of months and all is working okay. No issues so far. Water is good and there is plenty of it. Would buy again.

Title: Convenient but rather expensive water supply equipment
Review: I have doing some research on the drinking water filtration system and find this highly rated system. The installation is not easy as said. The instructions are very confusing. I have to do a lot of research to install the system correctly. The connections are very skeptical for leaks that makes me very nervous since the system is designed to work under the kitchen sink inside a cabinet. It takes almost two days to make the system work. As soon as the system installed with care, I found multiple leaks from hose joints, filter cap leaks etc. I believe the system is not DIY friendly. On the other hand, the system needs to drain and fill several times in order for the water to meet drinking water standard. A waste of time and water. You have to do the same things whenever, you replace your filters. The worst part is the water supply is limited. Also, in order to filter a gallon of water, the system will dump probably equal amount or more of water. They should make the system more filter efficient. I would not recommend this system to my friends and families.

Title: Best purchase of 2024! Should have gotten this sooner!
Review: I've been using this reverse osmosis system for about a week now and my only regret is that I didn't get it sooner! Water tastes amazing, honestly (way) better than bottled water. The installation was a breeze, it took me about 45 mins and the installation video that comes with it is really well put together and easy to follow. Everything is quality, the tubing, faucets and fittings were all top notch. The faucet itself has a light indicator to tell you when to change filters and the filter changes literally takes less than 2 mins, pop out, pop in and that's it!Highly recommended!
