Review: Edited to 5 stars for excellent customer support!We have had two hoses break in the exact same place. See photo. I love the lightweight ease of use with these hoses. It makes dragging a hose around the yard so easy, when you have a bum wrist. It doesn’t get caught up on obstacles and doesn’t tangle. If you turn off the water and let the hose drain as you wind it up on the hose reel, it makes it so lightweight, flexible and easy to reel in! As sturdy as they are, in our opinion, it should last longer than one season. Our hose is taken in the house during winter months. They are a bit expensive if they are only going to last one season.EDIT/UPDATE: We reached out to the company directly through Amazon. We were pleasantly surprised that they replaced our hose even though we were just a few days past the ONE year warranty! All in all we absolutely love these hoses! We unhook them from our spray wand every time we use them, thinking this would help longevity. We truly hope the company can make them a bit stronger on the ends so this doesn’t continue to happen. We will continue to buy them because the benefits out weigh the old heavy rubber hoses that kink!

Review: I was hesitant to try a new hose. However so sick of dragging that heavy hose around that only kept getting stuck on things. I've seen the spring style and honestly I feel those would be torture to use. Seeing this hose i thought it was an interesting design. However, doubted it would be that great. I bought a 50' last year. We actually never got to using it. Left out coiled up over the winter. I suspected it would be all rusty from leaving out in elements. No damage at all. Finally getting a chance to use it I fell in love! Of course hubby wanted no part of it, he likes his traditional hose so it was a battle of the waterers. After using mine for just a short few weeks I was so happy I ordered another for my other side yard. It is so light weight I love it! The flexibility is such a major plus, no more wrenching my wrist to get my hose to do what I want it to. When hubby saw I purchased a second one he didn't look happy. I told him no worry, it's MY hose! He kept detaching it so he could use his old hose. He used it once, fussed and complained the length was too long. Three days later is see him out in the way back yard watering veggies with it! He hasn't stopped using it since. Amazing product.

Title: Doesn’t kink!!!
Review: This has been the best hose for dragging around my garden. It’s much lighter than any regular garden hose I’ve ever owned and I’ve bought my fair share of them over the last 5 years! I can drag it around the corners of my raised beds and where a rubber hose would grab ahold, this one slides right around. Last but not least, it does not kink!! A time and frustration saver indeed! The hose does get rather warm and the first minute or two of the water running it’s pretty warm. I loved it so much I’ve already bought another and will buy more when one of the other many hoses we have to use quit being useful (they will!).

Review: This is one of the cheapest steel hoses I was able to find and I was a bit skeptical at first but I have 3 dogs. Needless to say, my hoses have very stressful lives. I have gone through about 5 different other nonmetal flexible hoses from very well known name brands that are higher priced. All of them have met their fate and so I figured I would try it out.First off, the hose is surprisingly very lightweight. It will tangle up a bit but it untangles itself easily like any other no kink hose. I have not had any issues with kinks, punctures, or leaks.That said, it does feel a bit cheap. Not sure if it’s because of the lightweight, or it’s the fact that the end fittings are 100% not brass as advertised but instead coated aluminum. I can’t imagine for a second that it would ever withstand a car running it over like they show in the image. However, unless you plan on running it over for some reason, I do think it’s very durable for normal residential use.It comes with an adjustable nozzle that lets you spray in a stream or cone as you turn the end of it. It’s a nice little addition that I liked because it was simple and easy to use.My favorite thing about this hose by far however is that it actually gives you the full 50ft length of hose length without having to pull and stretch it. All the other nonmetal flex hoses I own have to be pulled and held onto tight in order to get the full 50ft and if you let go, it’s going towards your spigot like a rubber band on a mission. With this hose, I haven’t had a single hassle with getting the length that I needed and it doesn’t have to be stretched out real tight to get it.Overall, I think it’s definitely worth the money for normal home use.

Title: Doesn’t tangle!
Review: I love this garden hose! It is such a simple thing that it is almost silly to realize the difference between typical rubber garden hoses and this one, that is lightweight and literally doesn’t get tangled . I have the 75 foot one and even having it pulled all the way out, going to the far side of the yard and around corners, it doesn’t get kinked up. It stores easily on a hose reel due to its lighter weight and easy to wrap around the hooks without being too bulky- all 75 feet! I want another one for the front yard and also think it would be a great gift for house warming or yard work. I got this on a deal after wanting one for several months and am so glad I bought it!

Review: This is my third hose now, they kink, they leak, and they crush, I doubt its stainless steel, feels more like aluminum! The promise of "NEVER" haveing these problems let me to believe that they were with the high price, boy was I fooled, not once but 3 times now lol.
