Review: A little expensive. However, very well worth it. The combination of brush and flossing simultaneously just seems right and feels right. Definitely a very good and powerful flosser that does a complete and thorough cleaning between teeth and all around the gums etc. extremely powerful and effective. Title: I wouldn't travel with this product... oh and stick to water....
Review: I've had two of these units. I traveled with the toothbrush of the first unit for a few days. After returning the brush would no longer communicate with the pump so it could no longer water floss.Fortunately, the support team quickly warrantied the product and had a new one for me in a week.My second unit has worked great. There was one instance of the brush not communicating with the pump, but after reseating the brush a couple times it reconnected.The instructions mentioned that you can use other fluids like mouthwash for the water floss function. I advise against this as the pump is set up for water and if you put anything in there with a different viscosity, you will get huge variances and pressure. For example, I tried watered down mouthwash one time and it ended up being a foamed mess and I had to use water anyways to clean my teeth.

Review: I absolutely love and recommend this toothbrush. The first time I used it, I thought I may have made a mistake, it felt so intense and different on my teeth. But since then I donât notice it at all, I enjoy the way it feels on my teeth! The small brush head size is essential for getting to the back teeth, all my hygienists have always recommended that, and they seem durable so far. I like that you get two brush heads off the bat, so wonât need to replace one for awhile. It does take up a lot of counter space, but Iâm not sure how they could design it any differently, to hold the battery/motor/etc and the tank on top for flossing water. The cord is nice and long I havenât had to test the battery life yet because itâs always plugged in so that I can use the flossing aspect of it. Between the sonic brushing and the flossing, my teeth feel cleaner than ever! I will have to edit my review after our first trip so I can speak to the battery life more, but I have heard from a friend that has one that the battery life is excellent. The one complaint or opportunity for improvement is I hope they design the next one to take up less counter space. Overall though, very happy with the product, I think itâs worth the money.

Review: I had one of these and loved it. I even rave about the product to my friends and bought one for Christmas as a gift for one of my best friends. It ended up being a mistake with plenty of consequences. The unit didnât work, and after several attempts of investigating it once she turned it over to me, I found that the base unit and the toothbrush donât match IDs, so the highly touted wireless connection didnât work and would never work since they are tied to the unitâs ID. This careless mistake on the manufacturerâs side meant I was forced to take back the present and return it. I had to then personally repack it and bring it to the post office and pay $66.60 to ship it back. Amazon is only going to reimburse me for half of that, and only weeks from now. Terrible service on both Amazonâs part (Iâve always been able to get returns picked up but they donât offer it anymore) as well as Waterpik for screwing up in the first place!
