Title: Best Travel Waterpik
Review: This is the best travel waterpik available. It collapses to a fairly small size. The best thing about it is it's a genuine Waterpik. That means that all the Waterpik tips work perfectly. There's lots of travel water flossers out there that are not compatible with the Waterpik tips, making them less useful. This one's great!

Title: I take that back -> Not defective battery
Review: Fortunately I was unable to return it. It sat on the shelf for about a month.... So I pressed the "On" button. Boy, was I surprised. It was user error! I consulted the manual. I had been pressing the ON button too long. So it turned off, and on, an off..... Oh, I get it, just briefly press on. Low and behold, it works.I just felt so bad - I had to correct such a negative review.Unable to return this product after I used it. ONCE. Battery failed. I did the initial charge exactly as instructions, overnight. I was able to use it the next morning. But every time I tried to use it thereafter, it would send a couple of squirts, hiccup, then quit. So I tried to recharge, again. Each subsequent charge was exactly as before, one, two quick squirts followed by a spasm before stopping.I've tested several times using the WaterPik USB cord and another USB C. Exactly the same result each time. Charging overnight, it doesn't work the next day. Again I pressed start button, it delivers a quick squirt, then after a long pause, the next squirt tapers off. I turn it off after a few more seconds.BTW, this is my second dissatisfied Waterpix purchase. Fortunately Costco accepted return of a Waterpix set (regular , plus a portable) from Costco prior to this. This will be the second return of Waterpix's products.Since June 2023 I have found the corded Phillips Sonicare Power Flosser 7000 to be reliable.

Title: Most frustrating device I've ever dealt with!
Review: I had great hopes for this travel waterpik. My hopes were dashed. Charging it is the biggest problem. First, it doesn't come with a charging brick, leaving you to find one that will work. I have the Waterpik Ion, cordless, which comes with a brick, so decided I would use that one. It worked for a few days. So, I left it charging for several days and it worked for about a week. We traveled to Ireland and I had the appropriate adaptors and a convertor. When we got to the hotel, the previously completely charged device had NO power. Tried to charge it but it took 2 days get enough power. Meanwhile, I have both upper and lower bridges and implants and have to water floss to really get my teeth clean. I was extremely frustrated and very sorry I didn't bring the Ion flosser, which has some issues, but at least eventually charges up. But, it's bigger and because of the battery, airlines prefer it travel in your carryon luggage. About 5 days into our trip, the travel flosser started working. Then, on the 2nd to last day, it quit again. I've not been able to get it to charge again. I've tried different bricks, different outlets and no power or light at all. The manual also doesn't say anything about just using the USB port, but don't try it, it doesn't work either.I've purchased at 10+ Waterpics over the past 7 years trying to find one that fits my bathroom counter and find one for traveling. I think I'll try a different brand. I have a cheap, travel water flosser, rechargable, that I haven't used in over a year. It's very portable and I just tried it again and it's still got a charge. As soon as I can find their contact info, I'll be returning this travel Waterpic. They've already replaced the Ion Flosser twice because of charging issues, it's apparently my hard water and must be cleaned with vinegar at least once at month. That was never mentioned in the manual.Waterpic, you can do better! I'm really disappointed!

Title: Good but flawed
Review: I bought this unit because I needed a compact water flosser for daily use and I was hoping the Waterpik brand meant something. Initially the unit worked well although I didn't like the single multi-press button. I find it too easy to change the pressure setting when turning it on and off. It failed after 6 months (and 2 days before I was leaving on vacation). When I got back from vacation I picked up the unit to find the serial number and contact support and it was working again! It worked for about 3 weeks before dying completely. Does not turn on and does not charge. I contacted Waterpik support this morning and after a couple of painless email exchanges they shipped a replacement unit. But here's why I'll continue to buy Waterpik products. I bought a cheaper water flosser of a similar design to use while I sorted out the Waterpik and the first thing I noticed was the poor quality of the tip for the cheap flosser. The end is flat with a hard edge and the water jet is noticeably coarser. The tip on the Waterpik is small, smooth, and rounded and the jet is finer and more powerful. The cheap flosser isn't bad but the Waterpik is better where it counts.

Title: Amazing
Review: I am so in love with this, I wish I had bought one soonerIt works great, it's compact and stowes away easily, the charge usually lasts me for a couple weeks and the tank is small but I dont mind, bc I can refill it with warm water to continue the floss, different settings allow you to control the strength of the water stream which is useful, I just wish it was easier to take apart and dry, so time will only tell if I end up with a mold issue

Review: A good product. The sad thing is that this dental flosser does not provide a place to store tips. This is rather inconvenient when travelling. Where to keep the tips after use?Other brands do provide a place within the instrument to keep tips after use.

Customers say

Customers appreciate the oral irrigator's compact size and convenient travel bag. However, some have experienced issues with charging, quality, and water capacity. They mention that the battery fails after a few washes, the collapsible tank is poorly made, and the water reservoir is too small. Some also dislike leakage and value for money. Opinions differ on functionality and ease of use.
