Title: excellent taste and long lasting FACTORY filter
Review: I fill my 12 cup coffee pot every other day and drinking water 3 times a day with zero water filtered water. The factory provided filter was great and lasted a long time, with me testing once every week. It lasted about 3.5 months while I watched the ppm count get to 150. When it came time to buy replacement filters, I bought a 3 pack through Amazon. The filters were supposed to be original factory zero water filters, but now the company was bought out by the Culligan water company. Their filters are made in Mexico! The first of the 3 filters lasted 2.5 months. the second filter lasted only 2 months and the water had a metallic lemon taste. ! I'm on my last filter now, and after this filter is done I'm not going to buy any more Mexican made filters! It's just me using the water. Are there better aftermarket filters out there? If not, i'll keep the ppm gauge and chuck the rest of my wasted money in the rubbish heap!

Title: Great water. Easy access
Review: Love the taste! Easy to fill glasses. Hard to fill the coffee pot until you get creative. Partner fills the glass server and pours it in the coffee maker. Have not used it long enough to rate the filter but expected it to be slow to work well.

Title: clean water
Review: I bought this for the second floor office I use during the day. Our house has tap water faucets on that floor, but no filtration systems and I did not want to keep buying water bottles. I do have a refrigerator on my first floor with a built-in water filter, and I am also trying to minimize the number of trips up and down the steps (old knees!).I used the TDS tester on our tap water. It was 219. The water is hard, smells of chlorine, and just ok to drink.Next, used the TDS tester on the refrigerator filtered water. I believe it is a carbon filter with coconut husks. The water tastes better than out of the tap. It also has little to no chlorine smell. When I tested it, the TDS was 170 after being filtered. Finally, used tap water and added it to the ZeroWater pitcher. Sure enough, the TDS reader reported 0. There is no smell and it tastes like AquaFina bottled water (which has 0 TDS as well).Personally, I'd rather drink water without anything extra in it. The ZeroWater filters do a great job removing the TDS. It does take a while to filter the water - so I find myself refilling the reservoir frequently so it filters in the background. My one wish is that my pitcher had a larger reservoir. I might buy a different model at some point in the future with a larger capacity. For my current use case, it works just fine.

Title: Mostly pros except length of life on the filter con...
Review: Pros:Water taste is great when filtered properly & filter is changed often. There is a lot less waste compared to all the bottled water we were drinking. Plus more no more heavy cases of water to mess with.Con:We have to change our water filter about once a week. There are three of us in the house but only one if us is works at home the others are gone more than not. We do drink a lot of water, on average the one at home drinks about 64 oz a day the other two might do 32 from the filter a day at most. We are also highly sensitive to tastes but there is no way these filter will last 3 to 5 months. I realize some water systems are better than others, our water right now tests about 350-360 before it is filtered. If yours is lower it will last longer if it is higher it might not last as long. They recommend changing around 006 (our last filter rated a 006 right at 2 weeks of use) once it gets to like a 004 we can taste something that is sort of a plastic taste. I think it is something in the filter system itself because it has the same weird plastic taste in 5 different houses we have lived in 5 different counties & 3 different states. I do think they need to figure out what is in the filter that could be creating this then the filters will last a lot longer I am sure. So basically a filter (even with their rating of a 006) lasts for approximately 14 gallons of water. If they could fix this issue and make them last longer these systems would be perfect.OverallI actually own 3 these (different sizes) and just purchased another one another. We use only one most of the time the others are in our bedrooms for brushing teeth or night time water so rarely used or changed. Overall the filters cost about the same as what we were spending on bottled water if I buy them in bulk; and we don't have all the plastic waste or the heavy cases of water to carry (which was the dreaded task of grocery shopping in our home). No exaggeration we literally would order a pallet of bottled water from one store & go pick it up in a big truck sometimes. My daughter & I are hyper sensitive to tastes so we had been buying bottled water for years before this system. My family drinks a lot of water; probably more than the average because we don't drink much for soda, juice, milk etc. These have saved us a lot of time & energy in the long run so even though the filters do not last even close to as long as they say they will. For us it is still worth it.We have bought these for our adult children living outside the home as well & they also love them with exception to the filters not lasting very long.I will be going on a trip out of state & will be there for a month so I plan to buy one of the smaller systems and a couple filters so I don't have to bottled water while I am there. Then I will give the system to someone before I leave.

Title: Love this Water filter/dispenser
Review: I ordered the Culligan ZeroWater 20-Cup Ready-Pour 5-Stage Water Filter Dispenser through Amazon but when I received the box it was crushed open and the water meter was missing.I have been enjoying this Culligan ZeroWater 20-Cup Ready-Pour 5-Stage Water Filter Dispense so much that I did not want to pack it back up and return it to Amazon just to get the water meter so I wrote to ZeroWater and explained that I received a crushed/opened box and that I would return it to Amazon if I had to.I asked them if they would just send me a water meter to save me the hassle of returning it to Amazon.Well, to my happy surprise, they sent me a replacement water meter free of all charges.I am very impressed with their service, and their water filter/dispenser!!The 20 cup dispenser fits perfectly on the top shelf of my fridge and I have been drinking a lot more water since I always have cold, great tasting water ready to roll. The water tastes even better than purchased bottled water and is so very convenient to always have cold filter water at a push of a button.Thank you Culligan ZeroWater!!!

Review: This is a very nice filter system. The water tastes great. It has good capacity and the original purchase price was very low. I have to mention though that to extend the life of the filter, I put filtered water in the unit. You might say I'm cheating. 🙂 But since I already have another filter system, why not use it for this? The rating water's rating in my other system is around 58, but the rating goes down to 0 after putting it through this filter! Win! A great investment.Update: Last week I pulled the unit out of the fridge to fill my water bottle. The spigot was not working properly because the silicone gasket was blocking the hole (still a mystery how that happened). When I removed the spigot, a round silicon part with a tiny hole in the middle flew out. I did manage to resit the gasket, but I couldn't figure out where that other part went. It didn't seem to fit anywhere. So I filled a ticket on the company's site and asked if they had an exploded view of the spigot, so I could see where that other part was supposed to go. A couple of days later they replied apologizing for my problem and asked for the part number and my address so they could send me another one. I expected to receive a new spigot, but they sent a complete new filtering unit. I am still blown away by that. That's the kind of customer service you rarely see these days, and I am very grateful for their generosity. This is on the level of Lee Valley Tools, and that's high praise indeed.

Review: Although there are no odors or impurities in the water that comes out of this filter, it is so tasteless, it is almost distilled-like. This filter does far better job than Brita or any other gravity filters I've used. The pitcher itself is not very convenient: you can only pour water out slowly, otherwise it may splatter / spill. The filter inside the pitcher is so big, the volume of the filtered water accumulated in the bottom portion of the pitcher is about two cups at most.

Review: Unlike most I have not actually bought this create drinking water, I have bought this for a couple of small aquariums.I have some rare fish and shrimp (Betta Hendra and caridina shrimp) that require very soft low PH water and am unable to get a RO filter.I had been going to the local pet shop which is a 40 minute round trip drive away to buy RO water 20 litres a time. I worked out that the filters cost about the same as buying the RO if I get 80 litres from each filter and save the fuel and time plus let me make it any time whereas I can o my make it to the pet shop on a Saturday due to work.Up to now I have been getting more than the 80 litres (probably 100-120) so it's actually been cheaper than buying the RO.The filter does indeed get the water down to 0 TDS and the creatures are doing well in it so it appears to do the job just as well as RO water would. One tip I have read about to extend filter life is to buy 2 jugs, when one filter starts going you can still use it as a pre filter before putting the water through the second newer filtered jug this extended the life of the second one significantly as it has much less to take out of the already pre filtered water
Customers say
Customers like the filter quality of the water purification unit. They mention it does an excellent job of filtering water and is easy to use. However, some customers are disappointed with the filter speed. Opinions are mixed on taste, water quality, functionality, and value for money.
