Title: Outstanding Water Filter
Review: This fits perfectly into the refrigerator. The water always comes out crisp and clean. I have bought one for myself and one for a friend because it is such a good filter. It fits a lot of water for two people. The value is very good for the cost. Occasionally when it gets bumped and is full of water, the spigot leaks a tiny bit but that isn’t a huge issue.

Title: Great alternative to the refrigerator build-in dispenser
Review: We used the build-in water dispenser from our refrigerator for years and were eventually just tried of the slow water flow and expensive filters. We decided to try one of these even though we were hesitant to give up space in our refrigerator. After just a day or so, we knew we made the right call! The cons: it sucks to fill up. Yes, use the water line through refrigerator was much easier to use as we didn't have to fill it up. So there's no getting around that. But, we just try to top it off each day so that it never gets too low. It's not hard to fill up, it just takes time since you have to let it slowly drain. So don't let it get too empty! The pros: much colder water, faster water flow, and cheaper filters. Our refrigerator filters are $50+ so these are much cheaper. The water flow to fill our bottles is also much faster than our built-in fridge water. And on top of that, the water is colder which is a nice perk.Overall, definitely recommend!Note: I forgot to mention, our first unit had a leaky spigot. It would drip in our fridge and was quite messy. I contacted Brita and they sent me a replacement unit which has been great for several months now.

Title: Great Taste Initially, but Filter Doesn't Last
Review: I've been using the Brita UltraMax Large Water Dispenser for a while now, and I was really pleased with it at first. The design is great—perfect for a family or for anyone who drinks a lot of water. The dispenser fits nicely in the fridge and is easy to use with the spout for quick pours. The taste of the filtered water is noticeably better than tap water, especially right after installing a new filter. It made a huge difference, and I felt confident that I was drinking cleaner, fresher water. However, after about a month, I noticed that the filter wasn’t holding up as well as expected. By six weeks, the taste began to decline, and I ended up having to replace the filter well before the advertised two-month mark.Despite this, it's still a solid product, and the water tastes fantastic with a fresh filter. I just wish the filters lasted longer to meet the advertised duration. Overall, it’s a good investment if you don't mind changing filters a little more frequently.

Title: Holds Water Well and Filters Out Nasty Florida Tap
Review: I really love this Brita because I drink a gallon of water a day so having to fill up my big 5 gal every week was getting tiring. The filter works wondrously despite it not being the premium one. I’ve had it for a month now and the water that gets dispensed still tastes great. The spout works fast to get the water out which I appreciate. This model fits perfectly in my fridge too!

Title: Leaks badly after 2 months
Review: Bought this in July 2024 when I moved into my newly remodeled house with all new appliances, including a new fridge. I need to also clarify that I live alone - no kids - and I take very good care of my things (especially since everything is so nice and brand new!). This dispenser worked great the first 2 months. After 2 months and without doing anything to the spout (didn't remove it, didn't bang it in anything, nothing), it started leaking so badly I thought my new fridge had a leak from the ice maker water line or there was a defrost problem because there would be water all over my floor and inside the fridge. After this happening intermittently for about 2 weeks, I finally realized the spout on the dispenser has a slow drip and it was lasting about 1/4-1/2 cup of water. It doesn't drip all the time and for the life of me I can't figure out why it's so random because there's absolutely nothing on the door that could be hitting the spout when I close the door and there's nobody moving it (again, it's just me). I only fill a 20ox water bottle maybeeee 2x per week with this dispenser so it's not even getting used excessively (or even at what would be considered daily use). And it's not the neck connection that's leaking, it's the actual spout. I'm so disappointed because it got water all over my new floors and appliance and it'l was also a waste of money. With only 2 months of light use by one person, it shouldn't be leaking. I don't write many negative reviews but I made an exception for this Brita water dispenser. Save your money.

Title: Excellent Filtration, But Leaky
Review: We drink so much more water now with this product -- the water tastes and smells fresher and better. In that way, the product does exactly what it is supposed to do.However, the spigot leaks -- and pretty severely. We have had this product since January. We keep it on the bottom shelf of our refrigerator, just above the crisper drawers. Over the past two months we have opened the drawers only to find that they are nearly full of (expertly filtered!) water. Surely Brita has a fix for this issue, as I see we are not the only family experiencing this issue with this otherwise wonderful product?

Reviewer: A great set to cover up scratches at home. Lots of colors that can be mixed and matched to find the right color. The markers hold up well.

Title: I like it
Review: It filters well, we change it about once every 2 months. It is convenient that the water tank is large. The rubber band does not leak. It is convenient to fill.It would be a little more convenient if you could remove the water tank to fill the water before filtering

Title: Handy
Review: My Brita keeps my water tasting great and is very handy. The filter is a little slow and annoying to fill but it’s worth it for good water. I also like the look of it.

Review: Bought this as a temporary solution due to water machine breakdown and we are liking it. Slim design fits in fridge comfortably next to the juice. Been using it a few months and the tap is still working as it did the day we got it. Uses the standard brita filter which is all we need to filter our area's tap water.

Recomendable

Review: I've been a long time Brita customer. Decided to try out this larger water dispenser. On my first order, the dispenser came with a crack right above the tap. I thought it was a cosmetic defect and added water and was assured that it was a crack as water started leaking from the crack. My thought was that the seller placed the filter unsecured in the tank and with the shipping and moving, the filter has cracked the tank from the inside. Fortunately, Amazon customer support provided me with a refund. I was determined to get my Brita XL filter so I've placed another order. This time, this tank came plastic wrapped. The filter was secured. However, I noticed that right above the tap (same spot as before), there was a crack (the plastic wrap still on, the kind that is hot-sealed, not taped-sealed). Twice this happened, in two separate orders! Returned my product, not sure if I'm making a third order... I wouldn't even think about ordering but I just bought an expensive box of Brita long-lasting filter (the premium kind that filters for more contaminants and lasts 6 months) for my dispenser which would go to waste unless I get another Brita dispenser. Order at your own risk!
