Title: A Quick hit when needed
Review: The Pearl is an excellent cordless water flosser with a small tank (maybe 2 or 3 teeth). My Aquarius tabletop (which I love) is my only guide. The Aquarius has enough water to do the entire mouth while the Pearl is good for focusing in on problem areas which I have, quickly, without cleaning everything. I use both, and I never travel. This is a decent and well thought out product. Happy buyer!

Title: So convenient
Review: I own the battery powered unit, as well as the AC powered tank unit and found this to be the most convenient. Here's what I like about it. It takes up very little room on the sink and sits up straight on its base. I like the fact I don’t have to worry about the battery needing replacing (my battery operated unit seams to run out of juice just when I don’t have replacement batteries handy). The charge lasts for over a week with daily use. I like the size and shape of the unit, with the on-off switch easy to operate when hands are wet. It’s easy to fill. Here’s what I don’t like. It’s not as powerful as the AC unit and the battery unit seams to have more power. However, it is enough power to give a good flossing. The other thing that’s a negative is the capacity of the tank. It would be nice to have a little more. I always seem to run out of water just before I’m completely done. Maybe with practice, I can learn to do it completely in one tank.Overall, I love it!

Title: Excellent
Review: **Waterpik Cordless Advanced**:The Waterpik Cordless Advanced is a fantastic option for anyone new to water flossing, Its lightweight, minimalist design makes it easy to handle and store. The reservoir is simple to fill, and the water lasts much longer than the 45 seconds indicated on the package. Setting up the product is straightforward, and using it is very intuitive. Overall, it's a reliable and user-friendly water flosser that's perfect for maintaining oral health on the go.

Title: Not ready for prime-time
Review: Not quite up to the job. First, the cord needs a USB adapter which is not included--no doubt Amazon will be happy to sell you one! It takes unbelievably long to charge up--right now I'm waiting for it to finish charging after, I kid you not, 48 hours-plus. It takes so long to charge that you have to use it while it's still charging, which no doubt adds a bit of charging time. Then the potency of the waterflow starts to diminish pretty much immediately after charging; the charge lasts about 10 days, but it's noticeably weaker in the last few days. The amount of water the chamber holds is barely adequate to getting around your whole mouth--I previously had a counter-top model, and though I'd usually only fill the chamber about a third full, I got longer flossing sessions from that than this one with a full tank.Overall, not an impressive or particularly convenient device. Since it's portable, it's probably best to think of it as a traveler's Waterpik, in which case the charging would be less of an issue and the lower water supply more forgivable. But It doesn't quite make it for home use.

Title: Update !!! WaterPik has finally decided to replace my flosser .....
Review: Update: Waterpik is finally replacing my machine. Amazon apparently contacted them about the poor review I gave. Lesson I learned is that when you need help dealing with a seller ..... call customer service because Amazon is the best at what they do. When my machine "worked" it was fabulous so I have changed my review to 4 stars.Original Review: It does not work. I called Amazon and Gowri at Amazon was really good .... he said it was best to go through the manufacturer and they will replace it "no problem". Not exactly the way it went. They ignored my explanation of the issue of the battery not holding a charge and just kept sending me letters saying that I needed to do "MORE" troubleshooting. I think they thought maybe I would just "go away". I am not. I want people to know my experience with support from WaterPik. A guy named James just kept sending me emails telling me what I should try. I explained that my wife has the same product and it works fine, so I "DO" know how to work the darn thing. It is simply this ..... I charge the battery overnight then in the morning when I use the machine ...... it stops working before I get to my lower teeth. Like 2 minutes it lasts ..... obviously something is wrong with the batteries. They just kept insisting that I needed to do all these troubleshooting steps ..... I did comply ..... still have not heard whether they were sending me a new replacement yet. I kind of expect they will just keep making me jump through hoops.I would be willing to update this review, if they perform as expected.I included a couple pics because they insisted that I needed to give them the serial number. As you can see by the pics ...... there is no serial number on their machine ...... they insisted twice by email to provide that. I suspect they are going to use that as reason to not honor their warranty. Believe me .... blow up that first pic and you will see serial number clearly written, but no number ????? Arghhhhhhhhhh

Customers say

Customers like the ease of use and cleaning ability of the oral irrigator. They mention it's easy to refill, and the settings are easy to set. Some say it makes their teeth feel clean and cleanups all the debris that a very thorough brushing leaves behind. However, some customers have issues with the size and water supply. Opinions are mixed on functionality, charging ability, battery life, and build quality.
