Title: As they say, third time's the charm
Review: Note: Please see updates to this below.Bottle is alright, it takes a lot of the work away of logging/remembering to log my water intake, but it's not very accurate. I'd say it's 60-70% accurate, usually able to log 20oz to 22oz of every 32oz bottle.Edit 1: Had to order a replacement, the app wasn't sending notifications to the bottle, so it wasn't lighting up for me. Ordered a replacement, but keeping 4 stars for now. Will update if needed. A little rubber piece for the battery port on the lid would be a great addition.Edit 2: The bottle constantly leaks and no longer tracks anything, doesn't even sync with the app anymore, and past weekly average calculations are way off. Even after manually inputting the data every day, the weekly average shouldn't be off when the totals are correct. Simply take the total and divide by 7, yet somehow, even that is wildly incorrect. I've tried everything to get it to update the quantity as I drink; recalibrated so many times, updated the firmware, made sure the app is up-to-date (as of writing this, the last update was Nov '24 where the #1 update was making it easier to buy more of their products), made sure the lid is fully charged, cleared the app cache/data, deleted/readded the bottle, uninstalled/reinstalled, etc. Nothing has worked; it stays as 0% unless I manually input the data (except for one time it showed 999%...). I emailed their support team directly and all I got was canned responses that didn't even apply to my issues - they just pumped the "AI-based tracking system" and gave other tips that I already read and followed in their manual. I'm really disappointed.This worked pretty well at first, enough to give it 4 stars for only being slightly off, but now it's just a glorified piece of junk. Don't waste your time or money.Edit 3: I was able to get past the canned responses from their CS and they shipped me a new bottle. It arrived much earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. This bottle is even more accurate than the last; logging exactly what I drink and displaying it immediately on the screen. I've only had it for a day, but I'm so thrilled that I'm updating my review back to 5 stars. I think the main difference between this bottle and the previous two is that this one doesn't register any movement while the lid is locked - the others would show the "Hi" welcome screen with every little bump or movement, but I can pick this one up and flip it around/turn it upside down and it stays inactive until I actually open the lid and drink. The percentage updates so much faster than the last ones, as well. I'm very happy with it now. Will update if anything changes!

Title: Good app, encourages me to drink water. Hard to clean all the way
Review: I'm a big fan of this product because of its size and ease of use. The trackability of my water intake is so nice compared to the other apps where you have to manually input data. The large size is great so I don't have to refill all the time and its decently insulated so it keeps cold when I add ice. My one complaint is that because there is so much tech at the top, it's recommended not to submerge it or put it in the dishwasher. So I feel like its hard to get all the way clean.

Title: Great way to stay on track
Review: I love this water bottle! Not only does it do a great job of keeping water cold, it hold a charge for a couple weeks do you don’t have to keep charging it to use it. The app integrates with basic health apps so I don’t have to update my other trackers and I can simply refill my bottle and drink to stay hydrated. At midnight it starts over regardless of how much is in the bottle so I don’t have to refill or reset anything. It’s very intuitive and pretty accurate as far as I can tell. If I drink one bottle it’s at 50% of my 8 glasses a day for my 32oz bottle. Basic math as far as I can tell.I like the reminders, I like the basic visuals, I like the battery life, I like the quality chilling, I like the easy cleaning, I like the easy integrations, I like the durability, I like the simple latch that can also be a hook for caring and portability. Big fan!

Title: Great customer service!
Review: I’ve had the bottle for a month and liked it a lot but now every time I drink from it, it resets to zero. No idea what went wrong as I didn’t drop it or even get the top wet. I can’t seem to contact the company for a replacement either. Hey WaterH, if you’re out there, please get in touch with me!Updated: the company reached out and worked to try to fix the bottle. They determined that the hardware was faulty so they sent me a new one that works great. Thank you!

Title: Amazing!
Review: This water bottle is so nice especially if you need help drinking more water like me. It sends you notifications based on how often you wanna receive them, it lights up and lets you know to start drinking water. It really has helped a ton to get back to drinking healthy normal amount! Title: Useless for hydration, dangerous for health
Review: I wanted a reminder that I could not miss. It flashes a blue light for a few seconds. Unless you spend your day watching the bottle, the warning is useless.I wanted it to escalate the warning when I fail to notice the blue flash. It does not escalate the warning. If you miss it, that's all you get.I wanted it to tell me when I had drunk enough water for that time of day. It tells me (if it was accurate) the percentage of the daily requirement drunk so far, and it only tells me after finished drinking. I have calculate how much I need to drink at that time and guess when you have drunk that much.But was inaccurate. It reported 0% for the first day, on the second day 50% of the actual consumption (as measured by weighing it), and double the actual consumption on the third day. I have no idea whether the "AI" is supposed to be learning because there's no explanation in the minimal instructions.I wanted to re-calibrate it. See screenshot for the entirety of the recalibration process. I have no clue what I am supposed to do.I wanted to find out what I has doing wrong. See screenshot the entirety of the FAQ. No help whatsoever.I emailed customer support and did not get a reply.My health is dependent on consistent even hydration throughout the day. It is not useful for that purpose, and it would be dangerous if I relied upon it.

Review: Vengo de ser un usuario de hidrate spark pro y debo de decir que comparada a esta si hay mucha diferencia, ya que las mediciones de toma de agua son muy malas, ya que en la botella puede marcar que ya cumpliste con tu meta de una manera muy facil ya que al revisar la cantidad de ML que ofrece un trago o dos promedio puede ir de los 59 hasta los 200 ML lo cual es abismal ya que al final del día dice que vas en el 145% de tu meta que en mi caso son 2,2 litros y yo en si no llevo ni dos botellas tomadas que cada botella casi trae el litro, lo peor viene en la aplicación es muy mala trada mucho en sincronizar, pasa mal los datos de la botella ya que en la aplicación hay veces que no sincroniza lo que tomas o como dije pone tragos de 200 ML, y que además la cantidad de ML no coincide con el porcentaje de la pantalla en fin un desastre, la verdad no la recomiendo si vienes de ser un usuario de hidrate spark pro

Review: This is a great product. It feels durable, sleek and well made. It’s heavy, but that’s what I like about it - it doesn’t feel flimsy.The click-open lid is well-engineered and easy to use.The tracking tools are awesome, too. The % on the waterbottle and the app give me a great sense of my intake. Plus, I set a reminder push notification to my watch and phone to drink water.My goal was to drink more water. Does the tracking work perfectly; no. But you’ll get the hang of how to sip from it (smaller sips tracks better).I would definitely recommend the 32OZ over the smaller on — I tested the smaller one too but didn’t like it — not as sleek and was too small.
