Title: THE authority on OBEs has done it again!...WOW! 5 + stars
Review: I had purchased the earlier version of Astral Dynamics from Robert Bruce and considered it to be the best guide on achieving the out-of-body (OBE) projection state ever written. That being said, the new, revised addition is even BETTER. The format of the book is gentler on the eyes, with a larger copy and less words crammed onto each page, making the information a little easier to take in IMHO. The material and images have all been updated, and made easier to grasp. Robert Bruce has pulled out all the stops here, intricately explaining from top to bottom how the nature of reality is much broader than most realize, and how we are truly multi-dimensional beings, capable of complete awareness and survival beyond the confines of our "physical" vehicles, and how we are able to seperate consciousness and awareness beyond the confines of the matter-based world and universe into other realms of reality. Title: You need this book if you want to learn how to Astral Project
Review: This book starts off slow but once you get to the energy work it really does take off. The things I was experiencing as a child, he confirmed in this book. He gives multiple personal experiences and its very interesting to read. I realized this was not pseudoscience was when I was meditating on sleeping and when I was a in a deep trance, I felt a ball of energy circulating through my arms and chest. The feeling was a burning sensation, and I'll be honest it did feel uncomfortable but wasn't to bad that I had to wake up. By the way, this happened a day after when I was reading the energy work chapter techniques. So I think i was subconsciously doing this without even knowing it. I highly recommend this book and yes I am about to buy another copy. 🙂 I will be astral projecting flawlessly in no time.

Title: A must read for all energy workers!!
Review: This is a great read for those who are really wanting to tap into their power. Even though it is based around OBE, he covers a lot of territory that can be useful for other spiritual practices. He gives much information but even more importantly he gives the reader great insight. He describes the sensations and feelings to expect. Good book for anyone into astral projecting, lucid dreaming, chakra balancing, meditation, readings or anything that has to do with the subtle energy body. It can get dry at certain points but he brings it all full circle in the end.

Review: i seriously love this book. it’s quite long and is full off information but it is definitely addictive. it covers OBE (out of body experiences), the astral realm, astral projection, and the science behind it. the book shipped quickly and came in perfect condition. this book is definitely legit, all the information is correct. this is great if you want to learn how to astral project or start your astral journey! thank you!

Title: Not for a beginner, but very interesting read
Review: I used to be into astral projection 5 years ago. I've had a handful of out of body experiences. I bought this book a few weeks ago because I've wanted to get back into it. This book is very interesting, it's long and full of astral theory. It's really not good as a step to step guide to projecting. It serves more as an information source. If you're new to astral projection, I would go for the author's other book, "Mastering Astral Projection: a 90 Day.." I haven't read it personally but I've heard it's more straightforward. This book has tons of substance, but if I was new to projection I would find it intimidating. But not to take anything away, if you're a beginner this book would serve as a great information source. I would use it as supplementary material, but not the main step by step guide you're using to achieve an out of body experience.

Title: Buy two copies, it’s that good.
Review: So my fiancé and I have bought this book something like 3x each now. It keeps growing legs and disappears. Lol but the author is on point af, I’m an American Indian Healer, my great grandpa was the last medicine man for the entire Kickapoo nation, so to find something written the details an applied science to something so important to me is the greatest gift ever. Most people think it’s all a big mystery or something that is beyond the comprehension of the average person but it’s not. Spirit science like in this book is something easy to understand and should be taught early in life along with learning to read and write add and subtract we too should teach manners and etiquette, science should include a full breakdown of anatomy physiology of the male and female body as well as the spirit and meridians, chakric centers and their corresponding colors and musical notes, shapes and vibrational impressions and emotional tendencies as well as a practice of their healthy maintenance. Just my own little bit I’d thought I’d leave here... anyways I say if you’re a collector of alchemical text then do urself a favor and buy two copies.

Review: Avevo già letto su internet a proposito della tecnica sviluppata da Robert Bruce. Non so dire se si tratta di attivazione di energia o semplicemente di un metodo di rilassamento dei muscoli. Avevo provato qualcosa di simile in un corso di training autogeno. Posso solo dire che è una tecnica che chiunque sia interessato alle potenzialità del cervello umano deve conoscere. Interessante e affascinante la sua teoria dell' "esperienza extracorporea". Il libro è in Inglese.
