Title: Good straight forward advise
Review: This is a short book which makes it an easy read but it has a lot of good advise. There isn't a lot of nonsense or Bro Bible stuff. The exercises and nutrient advise are minimal and simple. If you want to be a hardcore body builder forget this one. If you're trying to get started with a fitness program, this book will help.

Title: Short and sweet introduction to lifting weights
Review: He really does touch on arguably all the fundamentals in a way that's easy to understand. I really like how he went into supplements and explained their roles in aiding in muscle growth. The particular version I read is the ebook version on Kindle, and as such there were no pictures illustrating the different exercises. Correct posture and/or positioning is obviously very difficult to learn from a book, even with pictures. That said, explaining how to perform different exercises without visual representation, I felt, seemed a little pointless.Overall, I would definitely recommend it to someone just starting out. I rated the book a 3 because of the lack of illustrations in the exercise section.

Title: :/
Review: I'm disappointed - the book is thin-very thin! When I got it I could not believe that I paid over $12 for that "book". Moreover, few blank pages in between the chapters or at the end of the book (39 pages total). The information contained in the book is worth recommending, although I expected a littlie bit more.
