Der Autor rät bereits in seinem Vorwort von den gängigen Empfehlungen der Szene ab, und weiÃt auf die Gefahren durch "Zusatzpräparate" hin. Ziel des Buchs ist es, dem Leser eine möglichst zeiteffiziente Methode zu verdeutlichen, Körperfett abzubauen, und im Gegenzug Muskelmasse zu gewinnen. Gerade für Menschen mit einem vollem Terminkalender eine sinnvolle Investition. Auch toll finde ich, dass die Fortschritte in den einzelnen Kapiteln mit "Beweisbildern" dokumentiert wurden - so lässt sich der konkrete Effekt aus den beschriebenen Handlungen deutlich besser nachvollziehen. Zudem erhält man auf diese Art stets einen gewissen Motivationsschub! Die Vorsätze für den Winter sind gefasst, wir sehen uns im Sommer im 0,5% Club 😉

We have implemented the routines suggested by the author, and they are really helping us get closer to our goals. The breakfast routines are amazing, too.The book is also very inspirational and motivational. It gets us out of bed and into doing and achieving.
