Review: This is a basic and good routine for some one to put on muscle fast and for natural lifters although I think the workout would be a little to long and exhausting so I would split the workout into two days.Do half the exercises on one day and the other half on another day

Review: This book is as awesome as his first book. When I saw this was available for pre-order I bought it right away. Brandon gives you very detailed information and even backs his stuff with legit research. You also have to realize that Brandon is writing these books to truly help fitness ethusiasts. The proof is in the fact he only charges $0.99 for his books. I've paid $10-$20 for other fitness books for my kindle that are not so good. If your on the fence check out his YouTube page and than make a decision, but it's worth it for sure. I just finished a great program called body beast. It's planned out very well, but I gained some fat while doing it. He talks about putting on muscle with bulking and cutting and explains how to alternate them.

Title: Good Read!
Review: Good read. I like the advice given concerning water and have taken some of the workout routines given in the book. Dig Mr. Carter's Youtube videos and like the fact that he links them into his book. Been subscribed to his channel for a good while now. Definitely worth checking out. Book just needed a bit more proofreading as there were some spelling errors but the information is well worth putting into practice in my opinion. Will read Mr. Carter's other books shortly. Title: Incredible info at an unbeatable price
Review: Do you want to build up rock-hard muscles without gaining additional fat? Read this book!I've only just read this book a week or so ago, but based on my prior experiences I can attest that this is very good information. The book covers lots and lots of important topics, and goes into just enough depth to make sure you understand them.The exercise program (beginner version) is amazing and very intense! I completed this workout two days ago, and I experienced a deep soreness that I have not felt in a long time. The nutrition info is also superb and BC gives you some good info on fat loss, too (although his other book provides more info).I like the idea of not having to cycle between bulking and cutting phases (or at least the idea of not having to look like an obese monster during bulking phases).For the price, you can't beat this book.

Review: If you're Brandon Carter's fan this book won't tell you anything new that he didn't already said in his youtube videos. But the book is pure gold and it's cool to have all his experience in one place.It's an easy and fast read - it took me around 2 hours to finish... The most important thing - it's focused and down to the point.There's a chapter in which he scratches the topic of goals setting and achieving. BBC if you're reading this - it would be cool to see a self help goal achieving book from you. Something in the lines of Tony Robbins and Brian Tracy...

Review: I have been a fan of Brandon for a long time, and since he announced this book, I've been waiting for it like crazy. And it even exceeded my expectations - AMAZING book, it is good to have all of the information in one place and not surfing through tons of Brandon's videos for a necessary piece of information. I'm gonna try his advice, because if you visit his channel, and watch a transformation video, you will see that this secrets are not B.S. - they are super legit, and they will help to put some of that MUSCLE MASS!Brandon, thank you very much for all your work and help so that everyone can become a better version of themselves. For 3$, such a direct and to the point guide is a crazy bargain. Peace.

Title: You need to read this!!!!
Review: Brandon Carter goes into great detail on what you need to do to gain as much muscle mass as you want. He gives you programs on dieting and workouts also supps you should take. I know trainers that are charging people a decent amount of money for the knowledge that the author is giving out here for one dollar!! This book goes into great detail on how to build muscle without gaining FAT. That is the key thing here, and doing that yeah he curses sometimes in the book. I feel like that helps sometimes to get his point across better. Either way i don't mind it and actually it's right up my alley tho. Shout out to my man BBC! For yet another great book.
