Title: Woo Hoo
Review: Everyone who cooks a turkey needs these. Most turkey lifters only have 2 prongs. The added prong adds stability.

Title: Great for the price, but not super sturdy
Review: I bought these for lifting my turkey at Thanksgiving. They worked just fine, but the tines were all bent after use, so they aren't the sturdiest.

Title: Keep Looking, there's got to be a heavier duty version of this!
Review: We host a lot of family dinners, and I'm always baking roasts, turkeys and prime rib. I was hoping to make transferring of the meat from the pan easier... These are too flexible and bend too much. If they could make these out of a stronger steel, they'd feel more stable. As they are, when you go to lift 20lbs of prime rib, they practically go flat from the weight. Bummer! Had hoped this would make my life easier.

Title: No longer scared of dropping food mid-transfer
Review: I'd always used my carving knife and fork to lift my turkey or corned beef or ham out of the pot. And I was always afraid that I'd bend the knife (probably not likely, but who knows?) or that it would slice through and that the meat would fall onto the floor since it was so delicately balanced. These things are perfect - I can move the meat reliably and confidently without thinking that it is a disaster waiting to happen. Very sturdy, very helpful, and very useful. Highly recommended.
