Title: Safe, effective, and easy to use
Review: These mouse traps are fantastic! I have had them for several months and use them for the occasional mouse in my house. I just used one today, and it was so effective and easy. The mouse was captured safely inside the trap within FIFTEEN MINUTES of setting it up near the mouseâs hiding spot. I like the mouse to be able to have a little snack while itâs captured, so I donât use the separate bait chamber on the back and just drop the bait in the trap. Iâve had great success with putting peanut butter on a cracker and then dropping it into the trap before pushing down the flap and placing it where it needs to be in the house. Itâs also fun to be able to examine the mouse before releasing it gently back outside. The back comes off easily so you donât have to get close to the mouse if youâre squeamish. I highly recommend these traps, especially as an alternative to glue pads or snap traps. They are extremely effective, safe, and easy to use. Thanks for reading!

Title: Easy and effective
Review: The traps are incredibly easy to use and there's no fear of hurting your fingers while setting it, unlike traditional spring traps. I filled the bait cups with peanut butter and caught four mice within a few days. Unlike other traps, the mice will not be injured or killed and they can be released away from your home or put down more humanely with CO2 gas.Cleaning the traps is usually quite straightforward, but there are nooks and crannies that can be a bit hard to scrub out if the trapped mice defecate in the trap. The included sponge cleaner works quite well though and it's safe and easy to soak in cleaner or disinfectant since the entire trap is made of durable plastic. The absolute best thing about this trap though is that the mice are NOT killed. Traditional traps can be quite cruel and can leave messes that will attract more pests. If you absolutely must kill the mice, you can place the entire trap (with the mouse still inside) in a deep bucket, place another tub in the bucket, fill the smaller tub with baking soda and vinegar, seal the top, and wait a bit. This method creates CO2 gas that sinks to the bottom of the bucket, makes the mouse unconscious, and then suffocates the mouse while it is unconscious. I think it is much easier to simply take the trap several miles from your home and release them into the wild (as is suggested in the included instructions), but some people (especially city dwellers who live far from the wilderness) may still want to completely get rid of the mouse in a more peaceful manner than snapping their spines with a spring trap.

Title: These are great and best of all not cruel!
Review: INCREDIBLE traps!! This is my second set of these, first set I bought the gold/yellow color and this time trying blue to use in the garage as it seems to be an entry point. We have had the unwelcome guest twice now and both times these traps caught them the first night set. We placed them under the kitchen cabinet and used a combination of peanut butter, salty ships and pumpkin seeds in the trap part. I saw on some reviews where they ate through the plastic-I think the trick is to keep an eye on them so you can get them released asap. I'm not sure if I just left them several hours how they would work, but they are great at catching them. We made sure there was not any food anywhere in the kitchen so they would be drawn to the traps. My guess is for some that say they don't work food is available somewhere else. I was amazed at how easy they were to trap. I can't stand the thought of a little guy with such a cute face dying a painful slow death in the sticky or other traps that have the bar. These are such a better alternative and happy to find!

Title: All Good
Review: First time using any kind of mouse trap, humane or otherwise. After a few days of checking the trap every few hours, the trap was shut and there was a very small house mouse huddled in the corner. Tail didn't get stuck, nothing was chewed, and the trap seemed to work as intended. Shortly after finding the little dude I released him a about a mile (they recommend 3 miles; they can find their way back pretty easily) from the house and no sign of return so far.The trap is relatively cheap with a simple mechanism, as others have mentioned. I don't expect it to last multiple uses, but I would imagine if you're wearing out the mechanism because you're catching an army of mice idk maybe you have a bigger problem and a cheap mouse trap isn't going to eliminate it.I can assure you that the negative reviews claiming the door is too hard to open/close mostly likely received a defective product because it takes a miniscule amount of pressure and pull to remove the door on both traps that I received. If you want to humanely trap the tiny intruders and remove them from your home, I don't see any reason to not pick these up. I had no idea what I was doing when I ordered them and two days later I was carrying a mouse out of my house. The only expense was the (resuable) traps and a dab of peanut butter.

Title: Quality Traps, easy to use
Review: I never got around to using the traps. They are sturdy, quality traps and easy to use. Once I discovered how the mice were getting into my house, I bought steel wool for mice control and sealed that area. I have a camera situated at that opening to record when mice were getting into the house; I haven't seen one since. If they find another way to get in, and I can't find that opening, then I will use these traps.

Title: Literally worked in 10 minutes
Review: This thing is awesome. It's no kill and the mice in my garage were pretty cute so I'm glad I could release them (box says recommended 2 miles from home). By the way, 2 miles from home is a great suggestion on their booklet as I released them in my backyard when I found them in my shop vac and the whole family found there way back in the garage (4 of them). I ordered these and it only took 5-10 minutes to capture 2, then put them back and reset, other 2 caught overnight. Perfect and exactly what I was looking for.

Review: it caught the mouse in three days; the mouse was super healthy, so I released it in the wild.N.B. You need to be patient to catch the mouse, and it will be better to put the trap in front of the mouse's hiding spot
