Title: Making cleaning your bathtub/shower a lot easier!
Review: Omigosh….. why hasn’t this product come out sooner! This product makes cleaning your tub/shower so much easier. I love keeping a clean home especially my bathroom. But due to bad knees it is hard to keep my bathtub clean. I tried this product and it has definitely been a game changer! The product head is shaped and designed to get into small spaces and does a great job cleaning tiles and the bottom of the bath tub! Comes with 3 interchangeable cleaning scouring pads, microfiber cloths and 1 bristle brush.So if you have bad knees and a bad back or just don’t feel like getting on your hands and knees to clean, this product is for you!

Title: Works great, very helpful, especially if you have back problems
Review: This turned out to be a great purchase. Although the pole is plastic it has definitely been sturdy enough to clean out tub and shower. It comes with an extra set of cleaning pads and different types for different jobs. Also has an extra handle to use as a hand hand for smaller jobs (sinks) so it's like getting like 2 products. I have severe back problems and this makes an impossible task possible. So glad I bought this.

Title: Does what I need it to
Review: I really ended up liking this as when we moved to our new house the showers were huge and a rock design it has helped make it much easier to clean! The only thing I wish it had was an extra head attachment so you could connect the other heads to it instead of what I do is just use the brush and stick that on to the other attachments. It works it’s just a little inconvenient but overall I’d get it again.

Title: Confusion on using the multi-position head
Review: This is an okay product, which has easy change cleaning heads for various cleaning tasks. However, based on the other reviews I have read, there seems to be a lot of confusion on how to change the angle of the head, many people complain they could not do it. I believe this is mainly due to the cheaper construction of the tool. Initially, I was going to return the tool because, I too could not change the head angle. After reading the sparse instructions on the box several times, I realized that I had to push in the button to unlock the head from the current position. I tried several times and eventually gave up. Luckily, I tried one more time. before returning the product, deciding that if the tool broke as I tried to push it, it would be returned as defective. Eventually, with a lot of struggling, I was able to force the button to unlock. It felt like there was a piece of material stuck inside the button mechanism which had to be broken to get the button to move initially. Now is can be operated relatively easily. Again, this is due to poor construction of the tool. I gave it 3 stars because I believe most older people who purchase this thinking it will make cleaning easier for them, will find in VERY difficult to operate this button. It also doesn't help that the instructions printed on the box are a very small print and hard for older eyes to read. There than that, the heads are nice and including a softer cleaning pad makes it useful for easily scratched surfaces.

Review: I am really impressed with this device. The pads are a bit smaller than I expected but they work perfectly. I purposefully selected this for the locking head but the nice surprise is that if you don’t lock in an angle, it can be a non-locking type which I actually prefer. The nice thing is that there are 3 of the scrubbing pad, 3 of the microfibre ones, and one bristle brush. The scrubbing pads and the microfibre pads attach to a plastic back panel with Velcro and that seems to work just fine.There are also two handles so you could, in theory, have one pad a a handheld unit and another one on the pole. The pole feels sturdy and is certainly long enough. I was able to test this new “toy” on my walk-in shower and our regular tub with tiles. It took almost no time at all and was really easy to use. So what, if you miss a few spots and don’t do a completely thorough job. It’s so convenient that you know you’ll be using it again in no time. Two thumbs up. Strongly recommend.

Review: Buy this product from this supplier. It costs less than the other competitors and includes more microfibre pads and scrub brushes. Style C0008. I bought the other supplier's first, paid approx. $2.00 more for the exact same product and only got 1 extra pad of each. By the way, the other supplier charges $40.00 for refills only. It's packaged exactly the same with the same style number. They list the pad sizes a couple of mm bigger but they fit exactly the same and fit onto the poles the same too. I love this product! So versatile.Wish I would have taken more time to scroll through the choices. I ended buying this as the second one but should have bought it first: a better deal!
