Title: Lasts for years
Review: I had one of these trays for seven years before it finally, mysteriously cracked. This is the only tray I have found that is large enough to accommodate a standard bacon slice. Yes, it does stink AWFUL at first but after five or six trips through the microwave, the odor dissipates quickly. Until they start making these out of glass I guess we will have to risk the plastic issue. Just pop a new one in the micro, set it to run ten minutes, and leave the house.

Title: Works good has a funny smell
Review: Works good. I mean, you just lay bacon on it and stick in the microwave. So It's a no. brainer. There, after I used it once or twice. I got close and smelt their tray and it's got some kind of like. Resin the fiberglass kind of smell to it, so hopefully that'll go away. It says it's supposed to be microwavable and dishwasher safe so. We'll find out.

Review: the tray gave off a strong odor when used and added an aftertaste to the bacon similar to the odor. used it a few times with same results, threw it in the trash...do not buy

Title: Kind of budget looking
Review: Don't let the picture fool you. They used short bacon. The standard USA bacon length barely fits inside the edges. Adequate material but not a premium weight or thickness. We put ours in the dishwasher, and so far, no problems. I was hoping for a bit more. It is described as "Large". Average is more like it.

Title: Hot to touch
Review: I purchase these about 20+ years ago and they are perfect for cooking bacon. I got these last week and they are great but they do get lil hotter to touch than the original. So one cracked and they smell once you use them . I dont think these can handle the heat like the old ones. I'm returning.
