Title: one egg, one minute, no stick, it's slick!
Review: Quick, easy, microwaved egg, and the smooth surface allows the egg to slide right out on your toast. Cleanup is minimal - a couple of swipes with a little brush in the sink - and you're off to work!

Title: Excellent egg cooker
Review: It was time to replace my old one. This cooking dish is perfect to microwave an egg in. I've had one for years, it was time for a new one. I have never had an egg explode, or make a mess in the microwave.First you spray some cooking oil in the bottom, not too much. Crack egg and put in dish, you MUST break the yolk. Give a little stir, put lid down, and microwave about 50 seconds, I like 60 seconds. Slides right out. Perfect cooked egg for a English muffin or bagel. Top with cheese or whatever you like. Great breakfast sandwich.Anyone who says it explodes and makes a mess....did not put some oil in bottom and did not pierce yolk. You could use water rather than oil if you want. But you MUST pierce/ break, or stir the yolk. You cannot microwave an unbroken/intact egg yolk.

Title: 31 seconds 🤌
Review: Works better 1 egg at a time. Bought 2 so I don’t have to clean as often. Just pop 1 in for 31 seconds then pop the other in for 31 seconds and I’m done. You can trust me I’ve done the research.Found that if done 2 eggs in 1 container the yolk cooks way faster than the whites so you end up with a super well done yolk and runny whites. If you do 2 containers with 1 egg in each but put them in at the same time they actually cook slower, if you increase the time to 45 seconds you end up with the above scenario, well done yolk and runny whites. The correct way is 1 at a time 31 seconds 🤌

Title: Great for quick meal
Review: Lid flips open as egg cooks so I use this bread bag clip to keep lid closed. Clips are available on Amazon.

Title: cooks eggs? yes. adds excitement to your morning? YES!
Review: We all know why we’re here, we want to microwave ourselves a sad little breakfast, this thing does that. Rather well in fact. I’m a two-egg man (not that I’m bragging) and this handles my requirements perfectly (three eggers can be accommodated but not happily). However this lil gems true value lies in its ability to harness shock and delight.I have found that “Brad’ the egg making utensil will randomly ‘explode’ your eggs for you. I haven’t exactly figured out the calculus on this. If I fail to pierce the egg yolks then there is a wonderful chance it will happen. If I pierce the yolks and Brad is in a mood, BLAM! Some explosions are small, just forceful enough to pop the lid up but not disperse any egg. But definitely loud enough to wake your spouse, significant other or ‘overnight friend’ (we in the microwave egg community needn’t judge each other). But if the stars align, Brad (yes I named my egg maker) will emit a gloriously loud and powerful explosion that DOES disburse egg throughout the interior of your radar range. However Brad is a thoughtful thing, as the egg shrapnel will be fully cooked and easily removed.Right now you’re thinking “but I don’t want my eggs to be exploded” LIAR! If you visited IHOP and the wait staff asked if you wanted your eggs to be “scrambled, over easy or exploded” you know darn well you wouldn’t sleep that night if you didn’t ask for yours to be exploded. But wait Mr Reviewer why didn’t you just spray some oil on Brad and that would eliminate the possibility of explosion. Dear Reader, I have experimented with different oils, bargain eggs/cage free eggs, cheese/no cheese, scrambled/no scramble… all to no avail. Brad is in charge here, surrender to Brad’s whims and desires. You will be rewarded. On the plentiful ‘no explosion mornings’ cleanup is fast and easy, yet sad. On the 'explosion mornings’ your bond with Brad is strengthened and cleanup is an act of love.Looking at my spreadsheet it appears that the vast majority of explosions occur when the eggs are hot but haven’t fully congealed yet, in the range of 45-55 seconds after microwaves have been initiated. You have been warned.Practical advice: I find that two large eggs cook with a lil ‘runniness’ in the center (if you like to sop up with toast) right at 1 minute. Your eggs will firm up quickly in the next 10 seconds or so. I’m unsure of the wattage of my microwave, however it’s off-white in color and located above the off-white stove.
