Title: Works great
Review: Tenderizes meat as expected. Just ok price. $18 cheaper on Walmart for exact same thing, but didn't want to chance it after reading the reviews where they ordered the upgraded version, but got the version with the plastic gears and had the hassle of exchanging it.

Title: Love This Attachment!!!
Review: This meat tenderizer is amazing! We had 2 deer to process and it worked beautifully with my Kitchen-Aid stand mixer. I have a manual tenderizer that you have to drop the meat in and turn the handle. It's way more time consuming. This new attachment made the process much easier, and definitely quicker!

Title: Tenderizer
Review: This tenderizer works well for venison loins, boneless pork chops, and chicken breasts. You do have to watch that the meat doesn't roll up on one of the rollers. The wide slot is nice. Overall, I would buy it again.

Title: Well built easy to use.
Review: Very well built easy to use. Been using tenderizer for top loin roast cut into steaks run through 3 time each comes out great. The only concern I had was how easily it would come clean but to my surprise it was very easy to clean very satisfied.

Title: Works great.
Review: I really like the larger size. It makes it much easier to run the meat through sideways for a second pass.

Title: Tenderizes quite well
Review: It’s fine for the meats they recommend, most of the negative reviews were because they tried using it for chicken which it clearly states not to.

Title: Not what I hoped for
Review: I cook a lot of flank steak and was excited to find something that would take the place of manually tenderizing. The attachment fit my existing blender so seemed like a great deal. Upon arrival, the tenderizer was obviously built well and was advertised as dishwasher safe. Things were looking good. I purchased a flank steak for a trial run. First issue was that meat can only be maximum of 6" wide. I cut my steak in half to fit. Second issue was that my flank steak was too thick. My guess is that the tenderizer could maybe handle up to 1/2' thick. My trial was a disaster with part of the steak going through the tenderizer up until it couldn't go any further because a good portion of it was just gumming up on the top. The first half of the steak was a total mess but I decided to try the second half just to make sure I started everything dead center. Same result. So then I went to clean the tenderizer. I pulled as much jammed steak out as I could but there was still a lot of meat stuck in the unit. The pieces of meat were tightly jammed in the tines so there was no way they would come out in the dishwasher. I ended up using a fork to clean the remaining meat out of the unit. The process took about 10 minutes. Good news is that the unit did make it through the dishwasher with no issues. My take away is that this unit will only handle cuts of meat up to about 6" wide and probably less than 1/2" thick. I don't know if there would be cleaning issues if operating within those parameters.

Title: Meat tended to wrap around the core and make a mess
Review: On the one hand it worked well. . . it was easy to attach and seemed to have plenty of power from the KitchenAid mixer. But even gripping the meat from the bottom as it began to feed through the blade rollers didn't completely prevent the problem of the meat beginning to wrap around the blades. I also tried a partially frozen (not hard frozen, but still with firmness) chicken breast and it really messed it up.A second issue for me was that the slot in which the meat is inserted isn't very wide, greatly limiting the size of the meat you can tenderize. And if you start with a size that fits and try to run it through again, the rapidly spreads out until it won't fit in the slot.I returned it.

Customers say

Customers find the meat tenderizer works well for small cuts like venison loins, boneless pork chops, and chicken breasts. It's well-made and easy to install. They mention it tenderizes meat like they want, though some wish it would work on a little bit thicker meat. The tenderizer is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. However, some customers have issues with cut quality.
