Title: perfect roasting pan
Review: Love this roasting pan perfect for a turkey breast what I wanted it for . So many multi uses with this pan. Stainless steel, made well, I like the tall handles on the sides to lift out of the oven, that was a plus. Great for making Lasagna🙂

Review: exactly what i needed. very heavy duty. i bought this as a warehouse deal and it seemed brand new. the 2 included racks work well and are sturdy. this is the perfect size for a chicken or small roast.

Title: Great Roasting Pan
Review: This is the perfect roasting pan and exactly what I was looking for! It has a higher roasting rack so you can add liquid marinade and the meat you’re roasting doesn’t sit in the liquid. It also has a lower flat rack that sits about a half inch above the bottom of the pan to put vegetables on if you want to. Very sturdy and easy to clean too. I sprayed the rack with cooking spray. I’m extremely pleased with this roasting pan. I feel this was a great value considering everything that’s included!

Title: Does the job nicely
Review: I needed a smaller pan to cook just a turkey breast in. This pan fit the bill nicely. It's durable, made of good material. The rack is sturdy as well. I found the handles too high, and in fact I burned myself on them when lifting the pan from the oven. Funnily enough, it was on the indentation for the name Cuisinart, so my burn spells out "sin". It's already healing, but my guests got a kick out of it.

Title: Easy to clean
Review: This is a very nice pan. My husband used it on the pellet grill to smoke meat. I was surprised at how well it cleaned up. Even the rack cleaned up nicely. It's not a large pan but it's sturdy, without being heavy. We would buy again

Title: Just what I needed
Review: This pan fits my needs perfectly. The right size, the right heft, sturdy, big enough for a small turkey, a large chicken, or 2 cornish game hens. Cleaning the pan isn't too much of a chore, everything comes off fairly easy. Cleaning the rack is more labor intensive, lots of nooks and crannies where grease can accumulate. I do cover the pan in aluminum foil to catch the drippings, but that's just a personal preference.

Title: Everyone Needs One
Review: I haven’t used this roasting pan yet (Thanksgiving is almost here) but I was able to choose between two sizes and that’s great. This year I’m making a turkey breast instead of an entire turkey so I don’t need the large one; the smaller version should be perfect. The fact that it’s dishwasher safe is a plus, too.

Title: Pleasantly surprised
Review: Initially thought it odd the small advertisement placed in this pan suggested in very large print that it was ‘non-toxic’ (of course it should be, rt??)So I lowered my expectations before even using it. Thus far have only used it once for a Thanksgiving meal. Used the larger v-shaped rack and produced a beautiful, juicy turkey breast for my family. Will certainly put it into service again without hesitation.

Rebords assez hauts pour éviter de salir inutilement le four.Grille qui aide aussi en cela qu'elle permet de baisser très bas le morceau à rôtir. Le format plus petit convient très bien pour un four moyen ou même petit ou pour cuire une pièce de viande pour quelques convives seulement. Si cette rôtissoire avait un couvercle, elle serait encore plus intéressant en étant plus versatile.
