Title: 5 Starts for the roaster
Review: I ordered a 28 quart roasting oven and received a 22 quart roasting oven. After many back and forths with customer service (Amazon) and 2 additional units being sent I never received a 28 quart roaster. That being said, I kept one of the 22 quart roasters and love it. It is much bigger than I imagined it would be. Plenty of space for large group meal. Works great for mac & cheese for 60! It heats up quickly and is easy to clean thanks to the crock liner (which is light and scrubbable). But - do yourself a favor and order the 22 quart one to begin with as the 28 quart unit must be a unicorn.

Review: This is a great roaster oven. I bought it to process tomatoes and apples en masse, but I can see it'll be perfect for a large turkey come Thanksgiving. I really like the temperature range available and the fact that it runs efficiently. This size is perfect for you canners out there!

Title: Fast, Reliable, Efficient
Review: I love my Necero 26 QT Roaster Oven. I've got a large family and my boys have big appetites. I need to be able to make a lot of food at at time without heating up the house terribly in the middle of our hot Southern summers. I can plug in this roaster on the back porch, cook our food efficiently, and not have to heat up the house. So far, it has handled all sorts of dishes really well. One of our favorites has been homemade cinnamon rolls. We've tweaked the recipe a little bit to account for side rather than bottom heat but they (and everything else we've tried) have been a huge success. Another popular dish we've made with it is red beans (for read beans and rice). I love how I can put the beans in overnight with plenty of water at 200º and finish everything up in the morning. Everything turns out so nicely!I first became aware of this product when a friend loaned me hers. I needed to cook for a crowd of 50 and this roaster saved the day. It was only a little while later that I purchased my own and, like I said, I'm using it for everything. It isn't hard to clean and looks attractive on the counter too, when not in use. It's a great addition to our kitchen.

Title: My Nesero Roaster
Review: What a joy this roaster is to use. I filled it up with apples and cooked them into applesauce. Then filled it with chicken bones and made delishes chicken bone broth. The temperature stayed constant. It cooked my apples to perfection as well as the chicken broth. The aroma of cooking chicken broth filled the house. This roaster has saved me hours of work. It was quick and big enough to cook everything at once.

Title: So far so good...
Review: I was looking for a big electric roasting pan to reduce tons of tomatoes to make sauce. I use a liner for easy clean up and to protect it a little bit more, those tomatoes like to tear up stuff! I've only had it for a few weeks now and I've only used it a few times but so far, it seems to be a very nice addition to my kitchen. It has a nice temperature range so it's easier to set it and go do something else (I probably should clean up the mess in the kitchen). The silver and black matches my other kitchen toys, a bonus for sure.The only thing that makes this a 4 star, is that the lid seems to be a little too flimsy, so don't drop it

Review: I love how quick it heats up and such a nice big roaster. Gave a 4 star because I am disappointed how just using it the first time and how the tomato sauce stuck to it and is so hard to clean. Other than that I am happy with it.
