Title: What a great find
Review: Living in an apartment in Wisconsin grills are not allowed so I would cook my brats in the oven. Now Johnsonville has a 5 brat cooker for $250 which is way too much. Came across this and I gave it a try. And I’m glad I did. Very light and easy to clean. Plug it in and 1 minute later light goes off and you are ready to cook. As you can see in my picture some brats are a little long and the lower does not get cooked. I just flip it around and that does the trick. Cooking time is 5-6 minutes. It doesn’t take long and it cooks the brat all the through. Great investment.

Review: I used to cook em on a BBQ but in Seattle rain, not so fun. In an oven, too long too expensive to run. In an air fryers, GREAT, but when brats spit smoke belches and a mess.These things cook em great as others who have testified. And clean up is simple and quick.Great little appliance.

Title: Very Happy With This Product
Review: I like to quickly warm up brats and Italian sausages that I've already cooked in a deep-fryer. I prefer not to microwave them because this heats them rather unevenly and changes the texture. This device works for me perfectly and it's an easy clean up. I don't use the drip tray but rather set a folded paper towel to catch the greece. After it cools I wipe the cooking surface with a clean paper towel and it's ready for the next use. An on/off switch would be nice, but I don't care. I am getting a lot of use out of this. As far as how this would cook a sausage from raw, I can't say.

Title: I mean, it does cook brats...
Review: Thought this was going to be a cheaper version of the Johnsonville brat cooker. Here's a perfect example of "you get what you pay for". It cooks brats very well, but unlike the J-ville one, there's no timer/thermometer, so you have to keep an eye on them to know when they're done. Plus the drip pan doesn't attach so you just have to make sure that's lined up properly or you'll have a mess. Oh heck, and the plates don't detach for easy washing. Personally I'd rather spend the extra money for the J-ville version, which is AWESOME. (and I live in Wisconsin, so it's practically state law that you have to GRILL brats, but dang that J-ville brat cooker is so easy & perfect, I'm willing to go to jail over my transgression).
