Title: Poorly Written, No Attention to Detail
Review: I should have realized it wasn't going to be a quality cookbook when I saw the cover. They wrote a whole book on Brussels Sprouts without realizing there's an 's' on Brussels, named after the country. Variously throughout the book they use Brussel/Brussels/brussels. Clearly English is not the writer's first language, but that's not the problem. Their English is usually easy enough to understand. The problem is that it's just poorly written with an obvious lack of attention to detail (only lemon juice mentioned in the ingredients, only lemon rind used in the description) and lack of general cooking knowledge ("How to Braise Brussel Sprouts" - only they're just fried in oil in a saucepan, not braised). Some of the recipes are very simplistic, like "Lemon Pepper Brussel Sprouts", which is essentially cook them and add lemon pepper seasoning. Braised Brussel Sprouts, Lover's Brussel Sprouts, Brussel Sprouts University Heights, 25-Minute Oven Sprouts, and Buttered Brussels Sprouts are all essentially the same recipe. A couple others are this basic recipe plus add baby carrots or beans. Picnic Brussel Sprouts are the same but with lime juice instead of lemon. "Brussel Sprouts in College"? Same, just with onion. There is also a great lack of pictures, and the pictures that exist don't go with the recipe described. (Brussel Sprouts in College only has sprouts, onion, and garlic, but the picture shows peas, snow peas, leeks, and spinach. Brussel Sprout Mash only shows a bowl of whole sprouts).That said, there are some good-looking recipes in here, and I look forward to trying them.

Title: Poorly written
Review: I bought this as a gag gift so it didn't really matter. The book is poorly written and the grammar is weak. I don't believe English is the author's first language. The only color picture is on the cover. It's a pretty average offering.

Title: Unique recipes
Review: I think these recipes are very unique and interesting. I think I'm going to try the slaw, but I might cook the sprouts a bit.The format for the ebook is good, you can easily read things. I liked these recipes and I never would have thought of most of these.

Review: I love Brussels or fairy cabbages as my dear mum use to call them to get me to eat them, I wanted to try different recipes for either left over or fresh Brussels and this doesn't disappoint, apart from the chestnut, crispy bacon and chopped Brussel recipe there are other ways you can use them and they are really tasty shame there are some ingredients you may not be able to buy, but I experimented with different herbs and spices.
