Title: Great info, few photos
Review: This book serves as both a "How to guide" and a recipe book. It does well on both points and I like the layout. My only complaint is there are almost no pictures of the recipes.

Title: Impressive dehydrator idea book
Review: This is more than your typical dehydrator book of dehydrated fruit, vegetables and jerky. There are lots of dehydrated full meals. I've watched some videos on that but now have written recipes. I prefer a book or written recipe to on-line recipes so I can write my own notes as I go.There are also some unique leathers such as Savory Tomato Leather and Green Smoothie Leather.More fun recipes including Pumpkin Chips, Pineapple Crisps, and Parmesan Tomato Crisps.Recipes for homemade seasoning blends to use when dehydrating or for other cooking uses.Another section on making single serving meal kits using your dehydrated items (just add hot water).I never would have thought of making crackers, cookies, biscotti or energy bars in my dehydrator, but there are recipes for all those and more.I am excited to start using many of the ideas in this book. I'm sure it will help me to use my dehydrator more than I have been which was the goal of buying this book. This fall and winter my dehydrator will be running far more than it has since I purchased it earlier this year.

Title: Mostly A Cookbook
Review: Seventy percent of this book is given over to recipes I would have liked to seen an equivalent amount of space given to the mechanics of dehydration and/or the building of them.
