Title: Easy to clean, not flimsy metal
Review: Made a dish by stacking chicken pineapple peppers. Came out great. Was worried it wouldn’t clean up well since the sauce had carmelized and crusted onto the dish. Soaked it and no problem. Recommend not cutting in the dish. Will scratch.

Title: It just arrived!
Review: It arrived well packaged and ready to wash, assemble, and cook. It is the perfect size for my needs and it will fit in both my Req-Tec pellet Smoker/Grills where it will be used to make pastor style pork for street tacos and chicken swarma style and beef for gyros. Only 4 stars because I haven't had time to cook with it yet.

Review: This is an incredible product! I preheat the oven to 425 f for the first 30 minutes then drop the heat down to 325 f for about 1 1/2 hours. So good!!

Review: This product is perfect! I love making shawarma, gyro, and Al pastor but was always struggling to get my skewers to stand and not fall over. This was the perfect solution and as an added bonus it keeps the juices convienently in the pan for basting. Once I'm done, I throw it right in the dishwasher and it comes out perfectly clean.Definitely recommend this product.

Review: One of the nuts to hold the handles has no screw threading. They don’t send any extra parts as backup, so I’m unable to install the handle for one side. Leaving holes for any retained liquid to spill from, and making it more difficult to handle. Otherwise, the quality of the metal and the variety of skewer sizes are great!
