Title: THE best chopper I've ever used
Review: I use this chopper every weekend, because I chop many vegetables to prepare my forthcoming lunches and dinners for the week. I cooknutritarian recipes (meaning recipes from Dr. Joel Fuhrman's website and many cookbooks), and they are primarily made from vegetables, including hard vegetables like beets, carrots and onions. This has been a bit of a trial in the past for me, because I am very sensitive to onions, and don't really enjoy weeping as I chop vegetables with a very sharp knife -- for one thing, I fear for my fingers! This chopper has changed all of that. First, it is incredibly fast. If I cut off the ends of an onion, divide it in four, and remove the skin, all that is left to do is put the pieces in the chopper, and I'm done! One chopped onion! Carrots, beets, celery etc. are equally easy and fast. So is every other vegetable that I have tried. The chopper does a nice job with softer items like tomatoes too, as it is very sharp. Next time I make anything that calls for chopped fruit, I'll be using the chopper for that too. I'd add that there is plenty of storage capacity in the chopper base, and that it is the work of a few seconds to dump chopped items into pots or sauce pans. So I can easily go straight from chopping onions to carrots to cucumbers, or whatever, and hey presto! all my chopping is done! Not only is the chopper very capable, no matter what it is chopping, but it is super easy to assemble and disassemble, meaning that cleaning it is really a simple chore. It is MUCH faster to use the chopper than my Cuisinart food processor, not least because cleaning it is so much easier. I also appreciate the ingenious way the chopper is designed so that I can easily slide it back into the box it came in, so that it is neatly out of sight when not in use! I wish everything in my kitchen worked this smoothly and was as easy to clean and store.

Review: Sharp blades. Good size. I can slice a cucumber, dice ham, or grate cheese in a few short minutes. I haven’t had any issues with it. Dishwasher safe. I would get a straw cleaner for the grey grid part. I love it I use it all the time.

Review: Man this chopping tool is so convenient and satisfying to see how the food items chop up perfectly into little cubes. I like that my older children can help with cooking and still be safe. It’s easy to quickly hand wash and let dry. It comes with a ton of different blades to choose how you slice, chop, or grate your food. Overall this is so convenient and saves time I love it.

Title: Great chopper - very sharp!!
Review: I have used Mandolines for processing vegetables for a while, but wanted something easier, safer and with more cutting variations. This is a great product. Each blade is extremely sharp, but you are easily protected by the hand guard. I will say be careful while cleaning as my husband received a slight nick by one of the blades. Otherwise, as all kitchen tools, use as intended and you will love this product!

Review: I was skeptical at first about this product. I was thinking for the price, it should be doing more than just chopping. But it changed everything when I started using it. IT WAS REALLY HELPFUL when it comes to chopping my veggies for empanada. The blades are sharp! It was easy to use, easy to clean and really, it made all my cutting jobs a lot quicker! I wouldn't go back to chopping my veggies the way I was doing it before I found these!The price may be a bit high but you are paying for the quality. Highly recommended. I use them often and it has become one of my BFF in the kitchen!

Review: I bought a cheaper version and unfortunately My initial vegetable chopper did not live up to expectations despite all the various blades that came with it. Although this chopper is twice as expensive the difference was immediately visible on first use. It is much sturdier and has cut through all the vegetables I’ve tried using it for so far. I do want to test it on slightly harder vegetables though.

Review: This is an incredible advance on another onion chopper I purchased which had a fundamental design flaw which meant it broke after relatively little use. This product however is superbly designed and is in my view just about the best kitchen appliance I have used, it's that good. There are so many little design elements that you notice that all add up to a flawless product. It does exactly what it says it's meant to do and with such aplomb it brings a smile to the face of everyone that uses it. It's almost impossible to imagine not using this and I am someone who actually enjoys chopping and preparing food such as onions. That's probably enough of the superlatives, go out and buy yourself one, you will never regret it.

Review: I used this to cube my potatoes. I bake a lot of pastries and require small cuts for my potatoes. Although I paid a lot of money for just one blade, I wish they have more than two blades. The second blade is way too big for fillings. They should have one in between the two sizes as the big one is way too big for putting in pastry shells or dough. I would gladly pay for more blades. Having just two sizes is not efficient as most bakers like myself need to cube a lot of potatoes for fillings in my pastry. I usually cube 15-17 potatoes each time I bake and having this chopper is a life-saver.
