Title: You don't need all three. Just use the one for removing eggs.
Review: It cames with all three different size brushes, but I found the other two (red and blue) not as effective as the stainless steel with blue line one that help remove the eggs. The gap is very narrow which catches all the eggs and if you comb the hair a few times, it will remove the eggs and the lices as well. I didn't have the patient to use all three, so I only use the eggs removal one and it works great. Try to comb while the hair is either have lice shampoo on or conditioner not while the hair is dry.

Review: Last year my son came home with lice from school. I was freaking out to this day. I check his hair and I spray it with the fairytales spray and that seems to be working. I just hope he does not come home with it again.

Review: I got both combs, the NIT Terminator comb and this one, the Own Healer. The Own Healer comes with two additional combs along with the same comb as the NIT Terminator comb, or so it seems.I got both in case there was a difference because I have (very) fine shoulder length hair.The "own Healer" package comes with (3) combs:1) The same comb comes in this package, as the NIT Terminator comb but the handle on this comb is slightly larger for a better crip.2) Another plastic comb also comes in this package that may also be used for dandruff. I'll also try this one too.3) Another lice comb included in this package is the same comb that comes with the NIX lice treatment pack.Overall, I think the Own Healer is a better value. It's $3.00 cheaper and you get two additional combs.The nit comb in this package is very effective, same as the Nit Terminator. Both of these combs are the best for head lice combing in my opinion.I'm making awesome progress and I appear to be lice free with daily combing, but I'll keep combing for at least a month to be sure!
