Title: I can really be taller!!!
Review: I was at first skeptical in buying this book because I feel that as a 26 year old woman, it is too late for me to grow taller. I'm glad that I was persuaded by all the good reviews. This book is worth getting because I noticed right away that the author made sure the book How to Get taller contains tips that are practical and easy to follow. He also gave realistic goals that can be achieved and stressed that hard work is the key because these tips don't work overnight. The book gave a good explanation on how even in adulthood, people can still grow taller. That is when he explained the presence of the Human growth syndrome (HGH). The book made me understand this hormone that our body has. I was surprised on how the most simple thing such as getting quality sleep can trigger production of these hormones. I feel that I tend to overlook this 1 important tip. HGH peeks during deep sleep so the book gave pointers on how to achieve it. The most practical way I gathered was to pay extra attention to your sleeping posture. I also tried the relaxation exercises provided in achieving the deep sleep. One more thing mentioned in the book is having the proper nutrition. This does not just help with growing taller but also having a balanced diet. I like how he had a column for all the vitamins, their uses and sources. It gives a simple but easy to understand. My favorite part of the book is the Stretching exercises. There were three stages and I am on the intermediate stage already. I did all the amateur and intermediate exercises already and I see results right away. I love doing the "chicken wing" exercise a lot. It was fun to do and I really feel a good stretch every time I do it. I am on my way to the advanced stage and I feel that my posture improved right away. I still have a couple of weeks to go to finish all the exercises but I am on the right path. As stated in the book perseverance is the key to the success of these exercises BUT I should still know not to push myself too much. I am happy with the results from everything I learned from this book and I highly recommend it to those who are willing and determined to work hard to achieve their goal!

Title: The amateur stage seems like its the easiest part but the "air bicycle" section ...
Review: I have not had a chance to do it thoroughly because of my job. But recently I have decided to stick to it. Anyways, so far it seems okay as long as you follow the instructions and eat a nutritious diet. I just got to the Intermediate stage so far. The amateur stage seems like its the easiest part but the "air bicycle" section is very difficult to do if you can't balance your body like I can. I have tried other short cuts to help me with that such as putting a pillow underneath me but no luck. I just can't hold my body up like that. No matter what I do. I know that it's recommended that we still do the intermediate stage even when we get to the advanced but some people like me just can't do that one part. Wish it recommended a different type of exercise.

Title: Science not magic, and yes it actually worked
Review: I may not be the shortest man in the world, but I am certainly not the tallest either. I have always looked way younger then I actually am, (seriously I get carded for spray paint... I'm 24) and with the completion of my MBA only a few months away, I want to look as professional and mature as possible. This book was a bit of a risk, but one that is already changing my life. In the past month I have already gained a full inch! Now this might not seem like a lot, but my co-workers have noticed on their own. The instructions are easy to follow, and don't require any crazy gizmos or gadgets. I like the way the book explains the science behind the steps in an easy to understand manner. In addition to taking some well known vitamins (a few I already take for immune health such as C and Lysine) the stretches were what caused immediate results. It's pretty logical really, we spend so much time crunched up at a desk that our bodies compact. The stretches in the book not only caused permanent growth, but released a lot of my muscle tension, especially the rocking horse stretch in the intermediate section. If you have always felt that you were looked down upon (sorry for the pun) due to your height, this is the book you need.

Review: Helpful tips to grow taller after puberty. Better try to follow the instructions and foods are suggested in this book rather taking any height increase pills. You may notice that only height increasing pills are sold online. You may not find them in any outlets or where sales drugs. They know it very well that these pills are waste of money and time. They play with short people emotion nothing else. Even though I have tried myself that's why I am telling you. So balance diet and sound sleep and stretching exercises may help you to grow taller within 3-4 months time. But we don't have patience to follow this routine for 4 months that's why we choose shortcut ways to grow taller.

Review: What's this? Just completed the book and all I could see everywhere was.. 'of course,this is not the complete set of exercises '. Infact only two from each mentioned stage. Rather than including all exercises in one, most are deliberately left out for another book it asks to purchase every next page via a direct link to Amazon.com. Rest of the things are okay but exercises make up the most important part of any health schedule and it misses that exclusively. Obsolete purchase. Worst part is, the book it asks to buy is not even available for purchase in my country. Don't buy.
