Title: I knew what, now I know how.
Review: Drink more water. Stay hydrated. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. That's what my doctor would tell me during every visit. I tried, but I was never able to remember to drink that much water. Since reading Hydrate Right and following Dr. Leslie's advice, I've finally been able to meet my quota. My skin is no longer dry and flaky, and I don't have to be constantly on the lookout for the nearest bathroom. Thank you, Dr. Leslie!

Review: The author is NOT a doctor. According to their bio they practice alternative medicine and have bachelor degrees. Their advice to drink four ounces of water every thirty minutes is anecdotal. - Also, for someone born, raised, educated and working in English speaking countries, they write like an ESL student.

Title: Must have!
Review: Information is true and powerful! What an insightful, simple and fun way to do what is necessary for life. The wisdom I have gained from this book is so practical and I wish other doctors shared it with me in the past.I've been doing the protocols for about 3 weeks now.. The symptoms of trigeminal neuralgia have come to a stop. My skin is much more full and I'm way more active!. Over all I just feel amazing! Definitely a must have and highly recommended!
