Review: Gentlemen, don't let the pink cover fool you... 3X is the real deal for anyone who's serious about getting in shape once and for all. Title: This book is a must read!
Review: Thanks Laura for writing this book! I have followed this program to lose 9 lbs. The weight came off fast and stayed off. Before that I struggled with that weight ( that just seemed to magically appear) for 3 yrs. However, I learned so much more from this book. I learned why it worked so amazingly fast. I must say though, this book isn,t just for those who want to lose weight, it’s for anyone who wants to get healthier and age more slowly!!! Laura breaks everything down in such a simple and easily understandable way. I promise you that after reading this book you will walk away with a different perspective on good health and you will want to follow her advice. It’s a simple program and it will put you on a path to a healthier life! How does it get any better than that!

Title: Outstanding program…this is one plan that REALLY works!
Review: I highly recommend this book and this approach to anyone who is looking for a sustainable healthy weight management system. My wife and I are both very familiar with this plan, having subscribed to and followed her 3X Weight Loss program through her website. We, along with several of our friends have had notable success with this program. She and her husband Tim have really figured out the basis of so much obesity and disease in our current population. The book is a wonderful memory jogger for all of the things we previously learned from them via their video seminars. If you are seriously interested about improving your health, living longer with vitality and energy, while simultaneously keeping your weight under control…then by all means, get this book or go to her website and consider this plan. You’ll find that she makes a great deal of sense as she explains the latest dietary research that led to her recommendations. And from personal experience, we know that it works.

Title: This book got me fired up!
Review: Firstly,there was a minor point I learned to ignore:for some reason the 'f' key didn't work on her keyboard. But this book is packed with information,and the author cites her claims with links to studies which back up those claims.I have done a lot of diets in the past,and as of late had just given up.This book got me fired up again.The last chapter even focus on self discipline and goal setting,which is great.I haven't seen that in any diet books I've read lately.(I just came from a Nutrtarian mindset,which sadly,did not work out for me after reading three of those books by Joel Fuhrman).So,I have set the goal,and will do my seven daily fat-burning activities.I learned lots of tidbits I really didn't know,like the importance of sleep,and that I am not drinking nearly enough water.If I remember to I intend to update this review on this diet in thirty days after actually following it.It's a lifestyle change.My goal is to lose over 100 pounds Nov.2019. Stay tuned!

Title: Good and bad
Review: There is SO MUCH out there on weight loss. Good and bad. Helpful and gimmick. I thought I had a pretty good system of my own going until I turned 50. I needed help and I started looking for a program that worked. I spent a great deal of money in a very short amount of time trying to find a system/program that worked for me. A high school girlfriend pointed me in the direction of Laura Sales. Laura has sifted through everything that is out there and has come up with what I call the basics. You can’t go wrong if you follow this program. It works. But what it truly is, is a lifestyle. It’s not a temporary fix - it’s a permanent fix. Once you KNOW BETTER, through Laura’s book and living it, eating poorly is the root of all evils that happen to our bodies - making us feel less than 100%. I’ve bought copies for my friends/family because I want them to understand the basics, and feel amazing, too. -JD
