Review: Good book - Problem some of instructions are written in British terms - not American - Says DOSES - Instead of cups, or .measurements,also have no idea what PULSES are - guess they are grains - also have to convert grains - have no idea what dried soya is or stanol shots...Anyway if you have time to figure all of this out - Good luck..

Review: Cholesterol seems to be what the doctors are focusing on …however people I know who are on them have raised the side effects they have suffered on taking medication…unable to sleep, headaches etc…hence the purchase of this book to help facilitate a change in eating habits and a new regime diet etc …let’s see going forward …however we have tried 8/9 of these recipes already and 80% have been very good & different …well worth it , I did notice some negative comments fro other purchasers ….my only question would be to some of them….are you sure you can cook 🙂

Review: The book is filled with recipes, I bought it due to my cholesterol level which was high and as I have worked with Dr Corr on her clinic at THSC knowing her reputation and her commitment to her patients, I have a strong belief this book will be as good as I expected but unfortunately it isn’t that……If you are on the entry level of having a cholesterol and looking to reverse it this book isn’t for you YET MAYBE IN THE FUTURE I suggest you look for anything based on plant based diet cooking book and the 2x book I would recommend to read is“Prevent & Reverse Heart Disease” & “ The China Study”
